After my first visit, I've been back so many times for poetry reading, intimate concerts, women's circle, markets and shopping. This place makes so exited every single time. I want to tell the world all about it. AMBIANCE: The shop has exposed brick walls, gorgeous wall shelves with treasures, vintage furniture, and two rooms of home decor. The space is so perfectly staged that you can walk in, feel at home, and envision how the pieces would fit into your own home. The atmosphere is always peaceful, time just stands still here. INVENTORY: There's so much treasure here - furniture (mostly couches), comfy blankets, home decor, books, palo santo, cards, candles, and accessories. The pieces seem expertly selected and are in great condition. During my many visits I found all kinds of gems - earrings, palo santo, and more. Prices are somewhere in the middle between thrift and vintage. You can always find budget-friendly items. Shopping is available in person, online, and on Etsy. SERVICE: Service here is like hugging your hands around a hot cup of tea. Very warm and friendly. One of the owners Chelsea always remembers you, and strikes up a conversation. I always feel so welcome in this space and greatly appreciate the hospitality. EVENTS: The store hosts book clubs with Novel Enrichment generally reading very moody and refined literature. They also host various intermittent events - intimate concerts and floral workshops. You can find events listed on their Instagram. I will most definitely visit again and look for treasure. I've been eyeing a few blankets. Stop in for an ultimate vintage experience with moody vibes and lots of unique pieces.

If I were in the area again, I don't think that I would visit the second time. And I wouldn't recommend visiting our first if you are interested in a Vintage shop, chock-full of vintage and stocked with a lot of styles and options.

Many international foods and beautiful imports are sold here and it took all my self control not to stock up on Tim Tams. And decorative pillows. And weird Ramen. And... oh you get the gist! World Market is a little pricey so I only ended up getting a small bottle of French seasoning. The bathroom also needed to be attended to desperately... The aisles are large enough to move around easily even with the amount of products they carry. Parking is similar to everywhere in Crocker Park. You can park for free in a parking garage (usually a little bit of a walk) or you can pay to park on the street. During high shopping times street spots are at a premium. During this particular trip some of the shelves at World Market were more bare than usual. That being said I was able to find several consumable gifts for the holidays.
