I had two gentlemen helping me find all the pieces and parts that I needed in a hurry. I didn't think it was going to be possible to find what I needed to fix the walker at any hardware store. I thought I would have to order it online at the company and wait. I was pleasantly surprised with all the assistance and help that I got from these two gentlemen putting things together and figuring it out. I was able to fix the walker on the spot, Ace Hardware might be the cheapest place to buy things, but they definitely are more than willing to help and also carry special items that you can't find elsewhere.
