I think this is what happens when you get a bunch of players that come together and create a business. That or the business is a front. The other major flaw is their business model. There is almost never any players there partially because their ridiculous initiation fee of $300. I'd consider paying $100/month which is their monthly due but the initiation fee is outrageous especially because they hardly have any members. If nothing else, they should waive that fee until they have a significant enrollment and be grateful for anyone willing to play outside in the summer. The facility is beautiful and the staff very welcoming and knowledgeable but "What were you thinking!!!" ... Outside... C'mon Man!!!

Do not join here as a tennis member.  Recently, the new ownership group Arcis and the head "tennis…read morepro" Kelly Marshall decided to ruin the tennis courts by painting a million lines everywhere.  The tennis courts are an absolute mess.  Even though members voiced their opposition to pickle ball taking over the tennis courts, our voices were ignored.  Onion Creek went ahead with trying to accommodate "all racquet sports" by littering the courts with pickle ball equipment and the final straw - adding permanent pickle ball lines to the tennis courts.  Tennis players are not respected here.  I'm playing at Grey Rock from now on.

The parents were very respectful, it seemed pretty clean, we did not get sick like so many mentioned (but you go to a kid's indoor playground, you can't be mad about it honestly...) and the front lady was coming to clean after the kids, without being annoying. Luckily the weather was in the 70s which was really nice for a January day. We drove up and parked easily. We then went to pay the rate for 4 adults, got our clubs, chose our golf balls, and we were off. There were a few people there with families on the course but we basically had the course to ourselves. It was a course with a practice spot and then 18 holes to play. It was very informative and fun. There were stands at each hole with a set of photos and historical information. Plus the actual course had slight slopes, and a few fun obstacles. After golfing we went inside the small museum. There were several artifacts and some historical information to look at and read about. On a side note they have two bathrooms with soap and running water which is a positive. Overall it was a fun afternoon on a nice day. The mini golf course is fun and informative. The museum is small and interesting. If you like history and mini golf this would be a good place to visit and play on a nice day.

The club house is really nice here.
