Spaces are too small, and you can guarantee your car getting dinged. Mine already has, and I was even in the car when she did it, I confronted her and she just gave me a nasty look and did not apologize. I had to leave it at that since she had a small child with her, but she apparently didn't give AF. I've noticed similar behaviors with other patrons who park there. I use the pool here - it's outside. Most of the inside of this place is carpeted, which is quite odd, when you come in from the pool or the spa or indoor pool you walk on carpet and the carpet gets drenched. Not good. I detest that you have to walk all the way through various hallways and by the gym and the other pool to get to the locker room if you're coming / going to the outside pool. Kinda feels like you're at a hotel and having to walk down the carpeted hallway bypassing several rooms / areas in your swimsuit, or if you're wet with a towel. The indoor pool is fine, but when they hold those Zumba courses there - that Zumba instructor is - how can I saw this - irritating to say the least. She has forced a rule - you cannot turn on the jacuzzi jets during her classes because it's too loud and they cannot hear or talk to each other. This has been a bothersome rule for years now, and many of us have complained, yet this Zumba instructor wins all the time. I get it when you have a full pool of people, but some of her Zumba classes have only 4-6 people attending, they take over the whole indoor pool, she blasts the music so damn loud it's like you're at a club, and they don't talk to each other anyway so WTF?? They could use the other half of the pool (away from the jacuzzi) since there's only 6 of them, so everyone can use the facilities, but after complaining about this - I was rejected. I was also informed by several other members - they have complained too but have also been rejected. It's irritating AF and it's not respectful when there is no compromise. The basketball court is smaller here. The weight room is open and carpeted. The showers are okay, the bathrooms at times could be cleaner, the men's locker room is on the smaller side and quite compacted for space. The outside pool - it's heated during the winter time and it's open all year round. Swam the other day - it was 75 degrees outside temps and pool was 88 degrees, it was nice. But once you get out of the pool - yikes. But it's a nice change of pace here. They just updated the deck space around the pool. Service here has always been nice. Never had a bad experience with the any of them, all very responsive and answer my questions and good customer service. I don't frequent here as much but will go sometimes if it's convenient for my schedule. Can we just work out the Zumba lady and jacuzzi jets please?

Reason for four starts instead of five - we drove for 30 min to the cap to find out that there were only 6 kids. There were supposed to be two age groups, they had to combine everyone in one, age from 7 to 12 years old. As you can imagine, the 12 years old had very little fun. Bummer, guys, you should do much better informing parents what's up.

Super clean with nice amenities and friendly staff all around. It can be a little confusing to navigate all of the areas, but the staff is always happy to help walk you to the space you need to be in. They provide towels in multiple areas, including studios, as well as shampoo and conditioner in the locker room. Full disclosure: I regularly teach a class in their studio two times a week and really love being there.

We also hosted his birthday party here, and it was a huge hit. Every single kid had an absolute blast, and it was so well organized. The cherry on top was the final game where the adults were invited to join in -- that was just as fun for us as it was for the kids! Highly recommend this place for classes and parties. The instructors are fantastic, the environment is positive and encouraging, and it's clear they truly care about the kids and families they work with.

I cannot say enough great things about this place. We're moving out of state in a few months, and Mr. Johnson took time to find other Tiger Rock associated places near our new town. I've noticed a positive change in my son's behavior too. I was a little worried he might try and use Taekwondo at school, but after a talk about not, and knowing the Tiger Cub pledge, he's been very great with only doing it at the center. Most importantly, my son is VERY happy going to class, which makes me a happy mom.

My granddaughter learns a lot and she loves to come home and show me what she has learned. As part of the teaching criteria, in addition to academics, they are also taught gymnastics. I went to a gymnastics recital today. My little four year-old granddaughter was walking down the balance beam including little jumps. Amazing! The balance beam is not very high off the ground maybe 12 inches so she's not gonna get hurt and there's teachers right there protecting her. I was so proud of her and she was so proud of herself! By watching all the other children, our experience is not unique. All the children were so happy to be there and so well behaved and so comfortable to speak to their teachers and to each other. I am so happy that my children chose to put my grandchild at this school, where we can feel confident that she is being treated with dignity and respect, kindness, and love while being educated in a very good manner. We know this now since we quit the Goddard School and started with another one about 3 miles away and have had a totally different experience. Just know that the Goddard School infant room is chaos. One of the ladies was always so flustered. Babies always, always, always crying. Bright florescent lights on constantly. Music playing all of the time. Babies just laying around on the floor. 5 month old babies "holding bottles" and "feeding" themselves. Babies in the cribs crying and not being soothed in any way. Pacifiers overused. Babies sitting looking at a mirror on the wall crying. No one ever looked happy there! Our baby was miserable and always red and swollen and voice was hoarse from crying all day. It was awful. We are so happy now that we are no longer there. My co-worker's baby had the exact same negative experience and I tried to push it out of my mind but...Trust your intuition! The Goddard School did not feel right and it was not right.

They are professional, warm, and always willing to provide additional guidance and support to us as new parents. The building and facilities feel safe, secure, and clean. This last year of global pandemic has presented the teachers and staff with so many unique challenges and they've navigated each one effectively and with grace. Deep down I know that these wonderful ladies do a much better job of taking care of my children all day than I could ever hope to do on my own. The curriculum always blows my mind and the best part is receiving photos of my kiddos throughout the day. My favorite photo was one of my son laying on the ground and painting a "fresco" onto some butcher paper taped to the bottom of a table. Seeing them learning and engaged always brings a smile to my face. Big thanks and love to all of you ladies for being there and helping us with the big and important job of raising our two sons.
