Good spot for karaoke in Hayward! My friend called a couple days ahead to reserve our room and it sounded like a pretty easy process. The prices are reasonable as well. We got a small room for $40/hour, which split among the 4 of us was only $10/hour. I'm not sure about their regular karaoke system, but you can switch to Youtube and look up songs on there, so that's what we did. Cool karaoke spot out in Hayward. Didn't have a reservation and came as a group of 5, which they were able to accomodate. Karaoke room is clean with a large u-shaped couch. Two microphones provided plus a tablet for music control. There was no music library and all the music had to be searched on Youtube. Beverages and snacks available for purchase in the front lobby where you check in. They take your ID to hold on to while they give you the microphones and return it once you finish and return the equipment. read more

This was the go to karaoke spot in the East Bay because it was in the middle of everything. My group of five and I came on a Saturday evening around 10:30 PM and we did not have to wait. We checked in and they held our ID until we were done with the room. Back then they used to have a catalog of songs that you can choose from so it's sad to see that now they've reverted to just YouTube. However, it was still really easy to navigate. The system was booming though. They give you two mics with mic covers. There are multiple rooms so if it is busy, sometimes the sound leaks into the other rooms, but for the most part, the sound system in your own room is loud enough where you don't hear it. When we were done, we brought the mics out, checked out and paid. It was only $40 for an hour--a steal! It was starting to get busy as we were leaving around 11:30PM. There are no alcohol beverages for purchase, but they do have nonalcoholic and snacks. It's a very solid choice, it will always be a good time and it still run by the same sweet older couple! However, if you're looking for a place with a catalogue of songs, you may want to try somewhere else. read more

Great, chill place to sing your heart out! I called to reserve a small room 2 days in advance. We arrived ~10 minutes early and were greeted by a nice older gentleman who had been expecting our reservation. We were pleasantly surprised by the room size despite it being a small karaoke room. There was also AC, which is so nice since other karaoke places can get stuffy. We received two mics with mic covers already on them, and an iPad with YouTube. No problems with sound or operating the iPad, though the queue on YouTube started adding random songs we didn't select (seemed like a YouTube issue). It was $80 flat for 4 people for 2 hours. The vibe seemed pretty chill, it was very quiet at the reception area. Plenty of parking, and there's food and a nightclub across the parking lot. I think we'll be back, it's a convenient spot and we had a smooth experience! read more

Love this place for some late night Karaoke! Just pay a little extra and you can bring your own drinks. Customer service is nice, consistent -- For dealing with drunk shenanigans, I commend them. They are courteous on the phone and helpful at the front desk. Only good experience and good vibes! Karaoke options are legit -- Many different options to choose from, can't expect them to have every song of every genre. The only downside I've experienced is that at times: 1. Choose a song 2. Press play Video shows that it is playing but nothing comes out of our speakers. I do remember hearing the song play next door so maybe it connected to their room? We went in, we thought they were closed cause it looked empty and dark but once we open the door an older gentleman helped us right away, gave us a room and two microphones with an iPad that connects to the tv. We can bring our own snacks and drinks. They let us play videos from YouTube. It was an amazing night and experience. read more

Had so much fun doing karaoke! Making and paying for a reservation was easy (called for reservation and paid in person). Major plus that we were able to bring our own food and non-alcoholic drinks. I had hella reservations about this place because it was in the cuts, always seen it, but never really entered. My friends and I wanted to do Karaoke, so I picked this place. I am hella glad we picked this place because it was actually hella crackin. We got there and the man running the counter was quick and attentive. We rented the bigger room and received 2 mics. The music selection was both from the actual machine and youtube. Literally, you can sing any song. You're basically just renting the equipment. The pricing was alright, but it's for convenience. I dont want to drive hella far just to sing badly. LOL. This place is pretty cool. read more

Love to karaoke here! My friends and I have been coming for years. It is a little pricier than other places such as Fillmore or Jaguar in Oakland but it's nicer and has more updated songs. We used to go to Cha Time in Oakland too but they got busted for drugs & prostitution x_x Anyway, this karaoke studio is located in a shared plaza with The Sister house and a Pho spot. There's a liquor store at the corner. Easy to call and make a reservation. Nice, clean rooms and friendly staff. There's a vending machine with snacks and they sell nonalcoholic drinks too. They also have a small room with a bar. The coolest part is you can use your phone to chromecast videos/songs from Youtube! They offer Korean & Chinese songs too but with youtube, you can really sing your heart out in any language. They give you a CD after your session (I have a ton saved from over the years to blackmail my friends in the future haha). Very fun place to karaoke! read more

When I say this place is a Hayward staple I'm not kidding. The owner is this really nice local Korean family. They are so nice and go out of their way for the customers. I was here a couple of nights ago and the owner actually got assaulted by a customer when she didn't want to pay. She punched him multiple times and her friends sat there and watched. It's honestly disgusting and giving g broke. If you can't pay your bill don't assault the owners do better you and your friends are ugly, broke, losers who need to find a job and need to stop spending their time on getting fucjed up and driving. read more

The place is clean and cheap. Additionally, they use YouTube, so you can pretty much guarantee you'll be able to sing any song you want. In some ways, I think that's a negative because there's a charm lost not getting a score after you perform a song. Additionally, they don't have YouTube premium, so you have to watch ads in between each song. My recommendation would be to go with someone who has YouTube premium and log in so you don't have to sit through ads. read more

Honestly, an overall fun experience! When you enter you can definitely hear people screaming at the top of their lungs so if you're shy, keep that in mind. The owners are super sweet but very attentive and are ready to help you the second you come out of the room & quick to change the batteries for you if you have an extended stay. Bring your own snacks and there's a beer bar + truly's! The rate is pretty reasonable as well. We had 6 people and paid 40/hr! Honestly really disappointed in the ratings of this place. I was expecting to be wowed considering how highly rated it was, but honestly it wasn't very impressive. I would say the biggest upside was the price, but honestly you could set up something similar at home. The room has a TV connected to a tablet that streams YouTube. There's ads before each video and it honestly gets really annoying after a while. It feels like the only thing that they are accommodating for is the microphones. They also up-charge a little if you pay with card. Overall there was nothing particularly special about this place and you could definitely find someplace better with actual karaoke systems. If you're in the area and don't mind the setup then this place is decent considering the price, but honestly I would save your time and money. read more

Came here with a bunch of friends without a reservation on a saturday night and the owner really hooked it up for us! We brought in a ton of food and he said "You all know how to have a good time!" which made all of us even more excited to karaoke! Love that they let us use our phones (they provide chargers too!!!) and you can use youtube to play your music! The room was big enough for our group of 8 to dance and move around. I love that they also record your singing and give it to you on a CD, my friends and I were having so much fun laughing while listening to our craziness. I've come here a handful of times and absolutely adore this place! The owner is really nice and I love that you're able to connect your phone to play whatever song you want. Most places only have old preset choices you must choose from their book which isn't as fun! I also appreciate how they close at 2am because most places in the Bay Area close pretty early. The pricing is pretty good too. $30 for a group of 5 is such a deal! The more you have, the more expensive it'll be though. The location of this place is pretty sketch looking, but inside is nice. At the end, the owner will ask if you want a CD of your guys singing if you're interested, so that's really cute too! Also, bring water! You'll need it! read more

This place has a lot of memories for me, and all good ones. I have been here a couple of times the past couple of years and it's always been a fun and pleasant experience. The staff is very friendly. My most recent visit, which was this past weekend, we were able to reserve a room the same day, and we were able to call before they opened. We even got to decorate the room prior to our reserved time without being charged extra. We were able to bring our own food as well. There is no outside alcohol allowed. But they have small snacks and a beer bar. They have upgraded their systems to where they use google chrome, so this is where you search for karaoke songs on YouTube and queue it to play next or whatever order you want. My cousins and I all had a great time, and it was so spacious in there. We didn't have any big issues besides the chrome disconnecting a couple times, but it was an easy fix. I would recommend this place if you want to go out and sing. Or even if you don't like or can't sing, come here anyways and enjoy being with your loved ones. read more

This karaoke place is amazing! Jason was the one accomodating us and he was very friendly, informative, and helpful. He was really nice and cool, he offered us phone charging cables and told us about how we can use our phones to Chromecast Youtube karaoke videos. It was no extra charge and their wifi is free! Mr. Lee and his family have an awesome karaoke studio for anyone that has a passion for singing and loves karaoke, or for those who want to try something new. They have recently upgraded their audio and visual systems which include new cordless microphones, TVs, and a chromcast feature allowing you to find songs to sing off of YouTube. Hayward karaoke is a private room style karaoke studio allowing you to and your party to feel comfortable while singing your hearts out. Their prices are the cheapest per hour compared to all the karaoke spots in the bay. I have yet to find another karaoke spot that is cheaper with the same or similar features. They have songs you can choose from, but there's also an option that allows you connect your phone to the system. I booked the VIP room last Friday night for my co-workers. 20 of us packed the room, but the room never felt overly crowded.
