She said bath mats void the warranty. I attempted to shower without a bath mat after the drying period, I fell in the tub and bruised my leg and hip. If I was elderly I probably would have died. The bath mat has been down every since which we take up to wash the tub daily. No the suckers from the mat has pulled up sections and we are looking into reglazing now resurfacing. If you want to use a mat for safety this product is not for you but this company was great to work with, that's the reason for the 4 stars.
