I was told by Chris that my crankshaft oil seal needed to be replaced as well as a mount. He quoted me & I agreed to have it fixed. I picked it up & the next day I saw that it was still leaking oil, so I gave them a call & they said to bring it back the next morning. I was told that the leak was residual oil so I had my dad to call them to verify that. My dad was told it was some other issues that were causing the oil leak as well. I was led to believe that it was only ONE problem so I only fixed ONE problem. The said issues would be around $800 more. Being told just a day later that there's other issues is beyond me. I would have never paid to have gotten a car fixed with 233k had I know all these things were wrong from the beginning. The only thing Howard offered me was a "Sorry". So I'm out $380 & my car is STILL leaking oil! I will never do business here again.

FROM HALF MOWED LAWN. normally do no write reviews but for lou i will make an exception. i will…read morenever recommend lou ever. he diagnosed my mower while we were unloading it. new pto clutch, carburetor, tune up, etc. his brother dan called two days later with a 565.00 for ALL the above mentioned. sticker shock! its a 20 year old mower. i wanted to wait and think about it. i called back and talked to lou. after discussing whether it was worth it to put 565.00 into it, i decided to have him check a different mower which he agreed to. as i was about to hang up he informed me that i owed him 90.00 plus for the diagnosis that he did pulling it off of the trailer. aggravated, i agreed to have it fixed as i already had that much money into it. a lower rate or charge was never discussed. i picked it up two days later with an invoice for 420.00 and a note that he had saved me some money. he showed aggravation when i picked it up. mowed half my yard and the mower died and would not start. i looked at my invoice and the carburetor had not been replaced. i guess you can reduce cost by not doing the work. my text to lou asking what needed to be done were ignored. i went to his house and his wife and brother were both sent to the door before i could get him he acted like he did not know why i was there. when i ask what could be done he said if i wanted to spend more money on it he could fix the carburetor. when i pointed out that was what i was told was going to be done, he referred to the invoice. of course carburetor was not there. when i pointed out that was what both he and his brother had told me was to be done, he told me to leave. at no time had i raised my voice or made any demands. you make your own decision. i will never use him or recommend him to any one i know. i will tell this story to anyone who will listen. Especially when the breakdown is major…read more My Dodge Ram 2500 diesel had the wheel bearing on the drivers rear fail but, being a diesel, I did not know that the axle spindle was running metal on metal with the axle. It ran smoothly that way for 25 miles at which point the axle broke, leaving me without power to the wheels. A "field repair" was made in an attempt to get it back to Illinois but that only held up for 50 miles. This put me 35 miles from Axle Surgeon of OK on a Sunday afternoon. Called and spoke with Jerry, who would have someone meet me at the facility so AAA towed me there. Justin met me and we pushed the truck inside. He even took the time to pull the axle and we were able to verify that the "field repair" had not worked and the bearings had failed again. I had my wife following me so I transferred a few items and we headed home. In retrospect, had I known how fast these guys are, I would have grabbed a motel room, as I do believe I would have been on my way the next day. Jerry called with damages (both physical and monetary) on Monday and I gave them the go ahead. Repair costs, for what they did, was very reasonable. The repairs were done before noon on Tuesday.... but I didn't have a break in my schedule for a couple of weeks. They were very accommodating to my situation and when I did finally get down to pick up the truck, Jerry met me after hours on a Saturday so that I could get a start back for home. Axle performed flawlessly for the 800 mile return trip. Major shout out and recommendation to Jerry, Justin and the rest for being the ray of sunshine in a dark cloud.

He said it would difficult and risky to move the car so he could tow it, so instead he change the tire for me really quick. His arrival was fast and he changed the tire in like 10 minutes.
