I will walk in this indoor mall and shop/dine here as long as the doors are open. Yes, I know the mall leaks, all of the anchor stores have left. But, there is the food court, Bath & Body Works are here(usually no lines no waiting). They have the Regency Vitamin Shop, and a few other stores like LensCrafters. I challenge you to take a chance and come to the food court for a Boba Drink from one of the kindest Asian man and his wife that I know(Boba Blends),Sakura and Mandarin Kitchen are Asian owned and the sister owns Sakura and the brother owns Mandarin Kitchen. The First Coast Cookies, I love dearly, Mr. Potato Spread, Funnel Cake Queen, & Island dream are in the food court too! The last three used to be food trucks and now in Brick and mortar. They might still have trucks too, not sure. Come give the mall a chance! Ernie and I enjoy walking in here as well, because it's air conditioned and inside walking is good for us!

A $5 and under store sits in the corner. A few bodegas with cheap costume jewelry can be seen as well. I know JSO has an outpost next to Penney's ( go blue!) , and a boba tea place and pizza place can be found in the food court. It's just too sad to watch the "malls of my childhood " die....

I am really happy to see it as the last couple of years, wasn't so busy. Enjoying all the upgrades to the stores.The new looks and parking was pretty easy even though it was it was packed. Really enjoy this mega shopping area. Its good for Duval. They have a great collection of stores and eateries for everyones likes and needs.

We popped in for some ice cream last night at Brusters- situated in the front of the parking lot as a free standing building. I have also enjoyed seafood around the corner of the plaza at Sid and Linda's Seafood. The tax Collector has an office in this center too. Walgreens has a location in the corner of the parking lot. Plenty of parking available for the various stores! I find myself at this particular shopping center at least once a week!

Sawgrass Village is the local shopping center for the Ponte Vedra area, but it's not exactly a…read moredestination like St. Johns Town Center. It is dotted with locally owned shops & boutiques and a few big anchors like Publix and CVS. It starting a redevelopment project in 2013 and I like the idea of where it's trying to go. I've had jewelry repairs done at Village Jeweler. I've eaten breakfast at Elizabeth's. And I've gotten a couple of manicures at Sawgrass Nails. It's got a variety of shops, but it definitely could use some fresh places. I just hope they can refill the shops and give me options to support locally in my own neighborhood rather than having to - goodness forbid - cross the ditch! Even a quick service chain like Panera would be nice for this end of the beach; I'll guess we'll have to wait and see.

What more could you ask for in the heart of an up-and-coming neighborhood like Brooklyn? I live just behind The Brooklyn Station and I find myself here nearly every day. Regency centers owns this shopping plaza and they do a nice job of keeping it maintained and up to date. They are currently paining and doing some stucco work to keep things nice and fresh. There is plenty of parking and although it gets very busy at lunchtime it's pretty easy to maneuver your way through it (just watch for pedestrians!) Rumor has it the JTA Skyway is working on plans to expand its way into the Brooklyn area (first expansion in 25+ years) and I believe this will do wonders for these local businesses when they finally are connected to Downtown & Lavilla.

The shopping center also has an Ashley Furniture Outlook (which features Tempur-pedic mattresses), Mattress Firm, Panera Bread, Moe's Southwestern Grill and more. Easy in, easy out. It's clear that they've had to dig up and resurface the parking lot at least once but it was smooth enough for me today.
