They have stores from all categories such as Nordstrom, Anthropology, Dick's Sporting Goods, and more! The stores are a bit more on the expensive side because it's not an outlet but it is very nice. Stop by this mall with my Lady while visiting Jacksonville Easter weekend. She wanted to get her…read morenails done at a spot recommended to her from a friend who used to live here, so we decided to stop in. The nail shop review is under a separate review. But overall, this mall has definitely seen better days. While the exterior doesn't necessarily reveal the level of aging, when you get inside the mall you noticed pretty quickly but this mall is likely on it's downturn. There are several closed, or seemingly closed stores, and most of the traffic seems relegated to a couple of the larger department stores like H&M and Belk. A lot of empty kiosks in the middle of the walkway with the rest of them being occupied by local vendors that didn't seem to be getting much business at all. And if teenagers are still headed to malls on Saturday's to hang out, this is clearly not the mall that most of the local teenagers here hang out in as the traffic was surprisingly light for a Saturday - I just realized that may appeal to certain readers of this review. Lol. Anyway, unless you are visiting a specific store in this mall as a destination, I would probably suggest finding one of Jacksonvilles bigger malls for a true mall experience.

It has 3 ways in and out of the plaza- the Southern most entrance/exit is a right turn only onto Hodges. The middle entrance/exit allows for both right & left turns inbound and outbound for Hodges. The North entrance/exit allows for both directions onto Sutton Park Dr- you can then access a traffic light to go on Hodges. The Northern exit can get backed up with traffic trying to exit left- especially in the mornings when school is in session. The plaza has a Publix as the anchor store, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Peterbrooke, One Stop Liquor, China Wok, Mac+PC Tech Pro, Butler Animal Clinic, Florida Medical Hearing Center, Massage Green Spa, Hodges Dry Cleaners, Hair Cuttery, Brightway Insurance, Oh La La Nails & Spa, Dentist, Volcano Sushi House & Marco's Pizza. Free standing businesses throughout the plaza include: Starbucks- with a drive thru, Daily's Gas Station, Walgreens, Burger King & Wells Fargo Bank. I frequent Publix & Daily's Gas Station and various other businesses on occasion. There is plenty of parking, it's easy to navigate the parking lot and usually it's easy getting in and out of the plaza. This is my "run errands" shopping center- quick pick up for meals or to tank up.

One business that stands out and is giving this entire complex a bad name. My girl was just so mistreated at this liquor store and when I investigated further I found more negative comment then most places who survive usually get. So I wonder why the people who lease out his space continue to do so??? Maybe this review will expose and correct this one huge issue?? Till then I will no longer be going to the "fine wine liquor store" in this area and because of this will probably do ALL of my shopping elsewhere.

The cashier Monique the worse attitude telling me to call my bank because the purchase wasn't going through. Like how dare her! As if I will be shopping without the Funds. This past July I made another Purchase and the system had a glitch. Can you believe I was charged 75.00 but never received my merchandise? I kept going back into the store to show the transaction was processed and posted and I still didn't get my items the manager Joshua uttered something in Spanish as I go I didn't understand. Super unprofessional as well as the manager Karen another rude lady. She promised to keep my items that were ALREADY PAID FOR IN HER OFFICE AND THEY STILL HAD THE AUDACITY TO PUT ALL THE ITEMS THAT DID NOT BELLNG TO THEM BACK ON THE FLOOR FOR SALE. Those managers do not care. I was treated like trash. All they had to do was reboot the stupid register but of course why would Karen know how to use the register as a store manager?

Add to that Longhorn Steakhouse, Newks Eatery, Mattress Firm, Peterbrooke and a few more small businesses and you have a good mix of a shopping experience. My only complaint is Jacksonville is notorious for having large shopping centers and only 2 ways in or out. This is no exception. You can enter if you are heading Northbound on Southside at 2 entrances & exit Northbound from the same 2. If you are heading Southbound on Southside- you have one option- enter at the light. A couple of years ago- the Saturday before Christmas there was a wreck at that light and it screwed traffic for hours. I worked at that Michael's for several years (not longer) and around the holidays it is really a pain to get in and out. But I love almost every store in the shopping center! So 4 stars!
