I got a shampoo, cut, and dry and it was an astounding 35 dollars...I've been getting used to shelling out 45 or more for a haircut so that was mind blowing. The cut itself was thorough and high quality (she trimmed up my bob and added layering). Rachel was also extremely helpful when it came to answering my question about hair styling. She taught me how to apply dry shampoo and texturing spray properly, and even taught me how to curl my shorter hair!! I learned more in that one appointment than I have anywhere else. Staff is seen wearing masks at all time and provide hand sanitizer on your arrival. The facility is extremely clean and Heini does the absolute best to make you feel comfortable. I only went in for a trim so I didn't have much cut off however, I was very pleased with the end result.

The whole time they were yammering in their native language and we are white. Honestly who doesn't know how to do a fade. I think they made him look dumb on purpose. Then overcharged him. 27 dollars for ten minutes work is like over 150 bucks an hour. Why wouldn't you be polite for a returning customer.
