I called to see what they could do but they said they can't do anything because I walked out of store already. They did ask me to try it before I leave but I've never had issues with vapes ever until now. I spend a lot of money here so I feel that they should do something about it. It's very upsetting because vapes are not cheap and after spending that money and they don't work and the store is not going to do anything about it. If they will not do anything then I'll just take my business elsewhere

I was told I could only exchange within 24 hours at the store in town. They were unwilling to compromise and give me a refund or even exchange for a similar product in the city I was visiting. They clearly don't care about their customers. I lost $75 on a product that was empty and could not use!

Above all, Christina has been the most patient and knowledgeable person who has helped me. When I 1st started going there I was buying thin vape pens that would burn out in 2 or 3 weeks. Then i met Christina and she showed me a great device. She took the time to explain how I could make it last even longer by adjusting its settings. She always checks the vape cartridge I pick before final purchase as well as asks if I have rewards with them. She is the best employee there if you ask me.

I will say that service has been fantastic at all the locations I've been to and this one was no different. The employees here were very helpful in recommending new cigars to try. The Fincks brand of cigars are really a great value, inexpensive but they taste pretty good. They do have a smoking lounge inside the store but I prefer to smoke outside, and that's okay. They have tables and chairs outside for people like me. There are a lot of cigar stores in San Antonio but you will be hard pressed to find one that makes you feel as comfortable as Fincks. If you enjoy cigars and good conversation, try Fincks cigars. It's definitely a no cigar snob zone.
