The dude working there charged me for 4 grams but i only got 1.5. Several people have said they won't go in if he's working the shift. Their best employee who always got me right, Maddie, is getting fired. These people do not care about what the customer wants. I've been going to the 281N location for about 2 years now and I really love it! They have a wonderful selection of products and the staff is always friendly. Above all, Christina has been the most patient and knowledgeable person who has helped me. When I 1st started going there I was buying thin vape pens that would burn out in 2 or 3 weeks. Then i met Christina and she showed me a great device. She took the time to explain how I could make it last even longer by adjusting its settings. She always checks the vape cartridge I pick before final purchase as well as asks if I have rewards with them. She is the best employee there if you ask me. read more

Ok - I dont know about all these whining reviews because this is hands down the best vape shop in San Antonio. I buy a tried & true juice - they specifically stock it in our nic for myself & 3 others (Halo Tribeca 3). Their price is $5.00 a bottle cheaper than anybody else in SA. Ive been vaping for over 10-years & know of what I speak when I tell you - these guys are solid, have a HUGE array of products & hardware, the best prices in town, & just plain give a s$¡t. Excellent shop, the bearded gentleman (red hair/blonde?) sorry forgot his name. I was instantly treated, and even though I didn't know what coil I needed. He was very knowledgeable and able to assist me instantly. I had a great conversation about upgrading my equipment, and didn't feel pressured to upgrade at all. I will be going back, great distance from U TSA. Never seems to busy, I think that's in part of still being new. read more

I come here all the time and the one time I have a problem they can't fix it.I bought a Vape and that same exact day It stoped working but I couldn't come back that day because it was after 10 and they close at 10 but when I go back the next day they tell me there's nothing they can do about it but they sold me a broken one. You're better off going to smokers choice it's right across the street and their prices are cheaper. And the owner there is nice and understanding!! read more

I bought replacement pods and they were double the price that they are anywhere else but they guy kept talking saying he got all the savings and to tell all my friends how much savings they got. DON'T SHOP HERE. I used to come to this smoke shop all the time and the ONE time I have a problem with a Vape pen that I bought having a horrible taste to it with the juice coming out he allowed me to come exchange it for a better one and the second one tasted the exact same way. The only option he gave me was to return my money even though I told him that I still wanted a Vape pen. It's not my fault your inventory sucks and they're most likely fake Vape pens. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Anyone who wanted business and felt bad about their bad inventory would've still sold me a pen that I paid $25 for. It seems like a nice place but on September 1st 2019, the law went into effect which ALSO STATES that people born before August 31st 2001 MAY STILL purchase these products. I asked them and they said that is not true in San Antonio, so I did research, read the actual bill and it states the same exact thing. I'm not upset, I just wish all shops knew this. This place is amazing! I come to this location often as it's 5 minutes away from me and normally never have a problem. However, I recently made a purchase here and of course broke it within 10 minutes of me being home because that's my luck. I rushed back to the shop with 35 min to go before they closed but, when I got there they were already closed so I wasn't able to purchase another one. I am very upset as this has just happened and I am now being forced to go to another store. Went into the vape store I've been going too the last few times I've visited San Antonio. My usual routine is to go in and buy a disposable vape device and show my ID upon purchase. I am 20 years old and have never had a problem buying their products before. I went in this time and was not pleased to hear that my purchase couldn't be fulfilled because they don't enact the Texas grandfather law. I was surprised by the inconsistency of their employees and will never come back there again. read more

I got a water pipe from here and within a week a percolator broke while I was pouring out the water. About a month later the water pipe developed a crack on the bottom and began leaking on my carpet. I've had many pieces in the past and have never had one break in this way so abruptly. The piece was almost $200 and was made from a cheap glass that broke apart too easily. read more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I purchased a tank on Saturday around 2:00. The next day I noticed a crack in the glass. I hadn't dropped it so it must have been there when I bought it. By the time I went in (24 hours later) it was shattered and the liquid was leaking out. I had the box and receipt from the day before, so I stopped by to see what they could do. The salesperson said he was not authorized to exchange it so I would need to return the next day (Monday) when the manager would be there. I called and explained what happened. He said come and by and I'll take care of it. When I arrived the owners were there. They insisted that I must have dropped it. I explained that I did not and I have carpet in my home. A drop would not cause that much damage, especially on carpet. They insisted that it was my fault and had the audacity to say that they would be happy to sell me another one. Are you serious? Why would I spend another dime in that place. What ever happened to good customer service? Needless to say I declined their offer and I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK IN THAT STORE! I would not recommend that anyone do business with them! There are too many vape shops out there to have to deal with their shady practices. read more

What an awesome experience! I wanted to purchase vaping items for a gift for a friend. Visited quite a few stores, but no one ever seemed willing to help me figure out what to get for her (as I know *nothing* about vaping). I visited this Smoker's Galaxy location this morning, and what a difference! The staff greeted me as soon as I walked in and offered to answer any questions. Boy did I have questions!!! He sure was knowledgeable about everything and was so professional and supportive in helping me to make a purchase that would be perfect for my friend.
