No smelly chemicals, and it dries really fast. It's quick and simple. My husband booked Vlad in while I was out of town recently to clean the carpets throughout the house. The carpets were visibly cleaner when I got home. Was very thorough in his responses and gave me a price estimate based on our square footage which was very fair for the market and the responses we received. He reached out the day before to confirm and gave me his cell phone number so we could continue communication through text messages. Him and his mom arrived for super friendly and got right to it. They were at our house for about 6 hours. They did a great job top to bottom of getting our rental move out ready. We have four kids and a dog and they did an amazing job.
