I recently relocated back to NE Ohio and wanted a garage that was well-organized with durable, good-looking cabinets. There are many contractors/carpenters who say they can do the work, but I was most impressed with Ohio Garage Interiors. Their materials were top-notch, the design options are flexible, and they have lots of experience just focusing on garages. And - they are very cost-competitive, especially considering the overall value provided (e.g., their cabinets have thick backs for additional stability. Not all competitors provide this.) The hardware pulls are likewise impressive - very heavy duty and easy to use, but also quite attractive. The entire experience was a breeze. Scott (co-owner) came out to assess my space and storage needs. He had a number of very good suggestions which I incorporated. I have a lot of things that needed to be hung on the wall, as I was coming from a home in Maryland with an acre of land to maintain - everything from a backpack blower, multiple lawn rakes (I swear they each had their own unique use!), and so forth. Plus, a ton of car products, tools, and on and on. Frankly, I was a little worried that I wouldn't be able to properly stow everything - but Scott had a plan. He took careful measurements and photographs, noting the location of outlets, pipes, and so forth. Within a few days he sent me his design proposal - both in a 3D rendering so I could get a good idea of what it would look like in my garage, as well as a more standard blueprint. There were a variety of finishes available for the exteriors, and he provided samples so that I could see what they really would look like. Noel came out a few days ahead of the install to confirm the measurements, and made a few adjustments to the plan, including adding an additional outlet since the existing one would end up inside a cabinet - which was fine, since I do have tools with rechargeable batteries. Tyler and his assistant came for the install - on time, energetic, and with a great attitude. They got right on it and had everything installed within about 5 hours. They carefully cleaned up after themselves and wiped down the cabinets. Tyler explained how the hangers worked (and they are heavy duty, but quite easy to position) and answered the few remaining questions that I had. They left a nice selection of hangers - enough for everything that I needed to hang! And - I actually have a little extra space on the shelves! Make sure you speak with Ohio Garage Interiors if you are contemplating getting your garage organized!

We requested to have a stair nose replaced on two steps with a vinyl that isn't made anymore. It took weeks but Jason in the warehouse hunted high and low for a matching piece. The first attempt didn't look right and Patrick, the installer, strongly recommended to keep looking because I would have hated it in the long term. And he was right. Everyone I worked with, particularly Joey, Amanda, Gina, Patrick and Jason, went the extra 10 miles to make sure we were kept in the loop and got the stair nose we needed. Patrick installed a perfect option and we couldn't be happier. The price was good, too. This small job landed you customers who will sing your praises to everyone and will definitely hire you again.

Neither big box retailer could tell me much about their tubs except for price and obvious things such as 1yr warranty but they didn't know how that worked or the fine print details, or anything about their service after install etc. Notable was that they did disclose that they "neatly leave the packaging / trash for the consumer to discard"- What?! Then remembered The Place in Medina, Ohio. So glad I went this route. Rex Brown was very knowledgeable, he answered All of my questions and concerns (that no one else could and other info. that I couldn't get online). The Place has a large inventory of Hot tubs. Like most stores, big box or small retailers they have a limited amount of Plug n Play units but more than most that I went to, and they carry the BEST plug n play model on the market: The Dream Maker and at an affordable price too. The difference with The Place and Big box stores, is that The Place knows their products and stand behind them! It is a family-owned company-(buy local). They have a repair shop on sight, their own repair guys/employees (unlike big box- once you get it home - after warranty-it's on you to get it fixed). The Place also carries any accessories, like filters and chemicals that you may need for your hot tub. The transaction was GREAT from start to finish, (no gimmicks, no delays, no bait and switch). The delivery and set up was quick and very professional; they left no trace of packaging material aside from my beautiful hot tub you would never know they were there! I couldn't be happier- I highly recommend Rex Brown and The Place in Medina Oh.

Holding them side by side they feel different in your hands and are different shades as well (although both considered "elliptical oak"). Best Laminate insists this is not an error on their part and it is just made in different places. I was trying to match the "Pro" flooring I have. Nowhere on the online listing does it say the word "Original", but it does say "Pro". I feel this was an error on their part. I did not order a swatch because it said "Pro" and the number/color matched. They are allowing me to return it, but I do have to pay shipping both ways which will come out to be about $300-400. This was a huge hit for me being a single mom of 3 already having to pay for the floor restoration after a water leak. PLEASE order a sample before buying from them to be sure that it matches. I would honestly check your local stores rather than order from Best Laminate. They charged me 630+ the shipping for what my local Carpet Exchange gave me for $350 total and shipping wasn't necessary.
