After making the holes to show try to see if the leak was coming from the shower pan, he said he does not repair walls and that it was an easy fix for a home owner. I called prime painting as I have used them twice before and spoke with Steve. He said he could have someone come over the same day to fix my walls. David arrived within an hour and patched up my walls quickly. David came back the next day to finish off the job as he had to wait for the compound to dry. He made it look as if there was never holes in my walls. Best of all they did it for a good price because I am a repeat customer.

I was given approximately a month or so to hire a licensed contractor to get the new paved sidewalk done. If I did not hire someone the city would have hired someone for me and who knows how much I would have been charged. Unfortunately it looks like I was not the only one to receive a summons, my next door neighbor received one as well. FORTUNATELY however I did my due diligence and decided to hire Fame Contracting for me and my neighbors entire sidewalk. I spoke to a man named Keron and from the first time I spoke to him till the last time he was genuinely a respectful professional. We went over step by step of how everything will be done. Since I'm somewhat paranoid when it comes to hiring someone for work on my property. He made multiple trips to my location to discuss how this can get done. I was confident that after talking numbers and getting informed that this was the licensed contracting company I would hire. When it was the day for the job he was early (which is a good thing) you never want to show up for an appointment late especially if its business related. The workers knew what they were doing and were surprisingly moderately fast but more importantly efficient. After everything was done the final product was very nice. The next morning he came back to check up on the sidewalk that was just done. In conclusion I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Fame Contracting. Because of scheduling and logistics, we did a lot of texting, and he promptly provided me with a detailed written estimate. Once I chose my color, he handled everything -- purchasing all the paint and supplies, and arriving with his assistant fully prepared. They carefully protected and taped off everything before starting. They were highly efficient, clearly experienced, and paid close attention to every detail. On the first day, they meticulously removed all the cabinet doors, drawers, and hardware, organizing everything carefully in containers. Then they sanded everything thoroughly. They took the doors with them, and just two days later returned to reinstall everything. The finished result is absolutely beautiful. My kitchen looks amazing, and I could not be happier. I would like to separate out the work product from the service aspect. The work product you can seen from the pictures - our bathrooms are transformed. It's one thing to select nice finishes and materials and another thing to install them with care and quality. They delivered on both. Then, there is the service aspect. My wife was late into her pregnancy when we started the work and then we had a newborn and a young child too while the work was being finalized. Samir and team were so conscientious - there were times when we weren't even sure they were there because the were working so quietly. I recommend them without reservation and will turn to them for any future work we do.

I had to hire another contractor and tear down $10,000 worth of bricks and redo the work because it had no foundation and the old siding was not removed so the brick had no support. Also, the windows that I ordered from him were improperly measured and when it rained, water pored into my basement. He also refused to remove the garbage in front of my home, broke my water hose and on top of that his workers peed in bottles and left them in my garage.
