As an artist I am extremely picky and have very high standards when it comes to recreating my art in print. I used to go to an online print site popular among illustrators until I needed a particular project done where they totally dropped the ball on proofs. Queue in HB Digital - I asked them for proofs on a whim because my then fiancee suggested we should try local printers. Not only were they willing to go back and forth on proofs, they just have so much wisdom about printing, ink, and paper that they were able to make fantastic suggestions towards getting things exactly as I envisioned! And not only that, when I made the final order, I had some problems with the final quality. Not only did they listen (unlike those other guys) they made it right. Quality in product and in customer service - you can't ask for more. Even though I don't live down the street in HB anymore, I still will go to them. This company is amazing. All the employees are so warm and friendly that it stands out as soon as you walk through the door. I previously had business cards designed and printed here a long time ago, so stopped in to order new prints with a change in phone number. A young gentleman that works there, Sean, was handling my order and emailed me some ideas he had for a re-design. I thought my old cards were great with this cool graphic of the HB pier. But the suggestions that Sean had took my business cards to a whole other level. These cards are GORGEOUS. They are so light, modern and fresh with an even better graphic of my beloved HB Pier. I know it's a business card, but as a hardworking self-employed person it's important to me to feel like my card has some of my personality in it when I hand it to a potential client. Got a referral from a classmate about this place. I needed a 36x48 for a poster presentation. Every other place I called wanted to charge me $40-$60 bucks! HB digital did it for under $20 and the customer service was awesome. I sent my file at night and got a response first thing in the morning. I picked up my poster later that afternoon. In the 6+ years our company has been in existence, we have grown more than 4x and HB DIGITAL has been with us every step of the way! We have gone through many vendors over the years and have changed and/or upgraded our vendors over time but have not once felt the need to "shop" or compare HB DIGITAL's services. Put simply, they are the cream of the crop. There really is no place else to go to receive better service, more innovative brand and design assistance, quality workmanship, or more competitive pricing. They have it all and we wouldn't be where we are without their assistance in virtually all aspects of our marketing and branding strategies. If something gets printed and/or created with our name and logo on it, even if HB DIGITAL is not manufacturing it for us, we run it by their experienced team for expert advice and final "approval". There really isn't anything they can't do: from printing, design, logo creation, packaging, etc...If you own a business, are a student, or have an idea or job in mind, whatever it may be, let them see it and you'll be amazed by the insight and knowledge they will provide. They will tell you what you were thinking but just couldn't conceptualize yourself. We use HB Digital for most of our media printing needs and copying large prints, etc. We've always been satisfied with the quality of their work, but more important to us is their going out of their way to accomodate us. It seems that we are always running late, but HB Digital always comes thru. Their designer does great work and has helped us design logos. Great work. Keep it up guys! read more
