I had never handled an ordering process of such a large volume before and I couldn't even get other companies to respond to my requests for quotes through Yelp or direct calls and emails to their websites. I heard back right away and Keith and Jeff were very responsive to all my questions an emails- within minutes or an hour or so if it was late in the day I would have a response in my in box. We were handling an large order for a school and they were so understanding with going through the various channels for approvals and payment through the school and district. Even with delays on our part they still hand delivered the products to me on schedule and ready for a performance!
