Nathan and his workers were professional, friendly, reliable, and worked quickly and efficiently. The absolute best part is that they backed their work without question. After they replaced my key fob for less than half of what the Range Rover dealer quoted me, I had an issue with the battery. I honestly think it was my fault due to it getting wet during that huge rain storm HB was hit with for a week at the beginning of 2023. Since it is a specialized battery, they told me that they would order it and it would arrive in three days. Well, it arrived and they called me to arrange a time for them to come over and pick up my key fob. They then took it back to the shop, replaced the battery (a very delicate task that professionals say that you should use a professional) and drove back to my house to give me my fixed fob..all at no charge. I was so amazed that I forgot to tip them. For all that work, driving around and purchasing the battery, all with knowing that it was probably my fault. They treated me with such care that they deserved at least a twenty, but I did call them and told them how pleased I was with their service and that I was going to post a nice review. I am so happy to have found HB remote and key. I called yesterday in the morning to get prices on a key fob to lock and unlock the doors for a 4Runner we just got that only had one key and no fob when we bought it. I was quoted several hundred dollars from the Toyota dealer for just the fob. Nate quoted me 50 bucks and said it would be an additional 10 bucks to come down to south Orange County. We made an appointment for today. He came and had it programmed to our factory alarm within a few minutes and was able to program it so that our tailgate window can be lowered with the fob as well. He was fast friendly and efficient. We are definitely going to be repeat customers and I have already passed the phone number to a few family members that need keys made.
