This last time, they changed my deadbolt, only to find that they couldn't do my knob with the same key because the number of pins on my special key was not the same size and my Primus lock is only authorized by a different locksmith. They changed it back and did not charge me. Now that I have an issue with other locks, I'm calling them! People worth supporting.

He wanted me over the phones it's 50/50 with those . He took the time to recut a master key to open glove box and trunk. But programming failed with the keys I brought in. Sadden, and felt defeated! He used his USA made keys and made me a set and said, "Take Care, old friend! See you next time" He just chatted me for initial program and cut fee! He gave me an extra master steel key and didn't charge me to the cutting of the Amazon . Now I have extra door keys ! He made my day!!! lesson learned, don't buy cheap keys from Amazon, just buy his, it ends up being cheaper in the long run!

I found him! Through Nolans's. His name is Alex he arrived as promised on time smiling and helpful. He knew just the solution, he installed the new handle and lock (the old ones must be 49 years old, Kwikset). He rekeyed both, so that my old keys work perfectly on both locks. The price was fair. I was easily able to pay via Zelle. I gave him a cold Coke because it is a hot and muggy day. 5 STARS!!!!!

I don't know how his price compares to others, but it seemed very good considering that it was a night call. $300 to change 6 locks and make a few keys. He has a workshop in his truck and makes everything in there, and he finished in less than 1.5 hours. He's very nice and you'll feel safe with him on your premises. It was just my sister and I that night and we felt totally comfortable. They don't have an address because it's a mobile service, so I just added the cross-streets of the general area where we used him.

[Parking & other notes]: Parking was easy within the strip mall. The brick-and-mortar is cash only but Zelle is also accepted. [Service]: I was greeted by an old gentleman who doesn't speak too much English (prefer Vietnamese) but knew enough words to get my service completed. I asked to change battery (and also pointed batteries on the display case) and he was able to replace it in less than 5 minutes. The total ended up to be $7. [Conclusion]: Fast and efficient service - two big thumbs up.
