The estimate for wait time was 30 minutes until arrival at my vehicle. Elwood with Hart's arrived in 29 minutes and had my vehicle unlocked easily in record time. I paid and bam, back on the road to get home. I was SUPER STRESSED because my dogs were boarded and I was due to pick them up that evening. Because of Hart's ability to answer the telephone right away and swift service, I was able to pick up my dogs just as the kennel was due to close for the evening.
