When I didn't receive the check after several weeks and several phone calls I made one last call at which time he said I owed him $50 from the previous year. I researched the matter and found that I did not owe him $50. I then provided him with documentation for both years showing that I am indeed owed the money. As of August 1st have not received my check nor have I heard from Rick. Bad business practices.

Called back a few days later and he wanted $500 - $1000 more. When I pushed back that he had quoted a price he said you know what "I'm not interested in your business" and hung up - Did a simple google search and the top pick got me a seamless transaction with insurance certs for half the price. My point of contact here was Daniel Deon - strongly recommend you take your business somewhere else - I deal with contractors for a living companies with attitudes like this will burn you.
