driver George left with my keys, went 1hr and 30 mins away and called me to come pick up my keys, I offered him the benefit of ill meet him, half way he refused and told me either I come to meet him and get my keys or there is nothing he can do. I couldn't believe thisis an actual towing service. keep in mind he kept my keys. then he offers me 20$ for gas to drive over almost 2hrs by far worse towing truck experience ever. now I have to drive to Detroit get my keys or Im out of luck if there's attorney anyone knows about please snd me there information this has to be illegal. I am a AAA member as well so ill be contacting them to see what I can do as well. read more

I want to start off by saying that these guys are the BEST. I went in to the shop with a couple of problems that was really hard to figure out in the beginning & a little frustrating, but they never hesitated to help me. They have even gone above & beyond with their work & energy especially Henry, A very big shout out to him! He has given me me a lot of his time & has worked with me to give me the best prices out here. He has honestly also been very patient & kind with me. Been to this shop a couple of times and for the most part it was decent...however, every time I went to them for even the most simple job, I found myself being charged $1,000 or more. This last time I brought my car to them, it was due to transmission issues. The codes on my car read Bad solenoids so I the bad parts got replaced for $1,400 which I feel was overpriced but I paid it anyways and it didn't solve my issue. Before I got that would done, I was told that I should replace the whole transmission and due to how the conversation when, it didn't feel like a mechanic telling me I should do it because it was required but as if that was just an option I could choose but of course I'd be more money... so I chose to not go that route and try a cheaper fix ($1,400) and resolve the issue that way but as I said, it didn't fix it. The crazy part about that first attempt is that they called me and told me that they changed the solenoids and that the car was "Drivable" and that I could come get it. The car was NOT DRIVABLE. I literally couldn't even get it into gear to make the car move an inch. They called me to come get a car that wouldn't move when I turned it in to make sure that the car could actually operate properly. Strike 1. At this point, I already spent $1400 and now I need to spend another $2200 to replace the transmission. They called themselves working with me and ended up charging me $1889 to replace the transmission and at this point, I'm just ready to get my car back. The issue ended up being that they kept my car for about four days and when they gave it back to me, a bolt that is suppose to hold the transmission to the engine was still leaking and we were able to pull it off by hand, that same bolt was on backwards and my car started to read a code that literally indicated that something was wrong with the transmission altogether(drive light indicator started blinking). The bottom of the transmission has trans fluid leaking and it wasn't clear if it was "old fluid" as the tried to claim it was or just a leak altogether. Me and my uncle brought it to their attention and the only thing they could say was "sorry" and "let me take a look at it". We had already paid for the work and this is what I received.. unacceptable. Now I'm being told that they made a "mistake" and the blinking light on dash (drive indicator light) could be an electrical issue.. now tell me what's wrong with that statement.. a light/code that literally speaks on the transmission comes on after the transmission gets replaced and now it's "Electrical" ?? Doesn't add up to me. Strike 2. This all happened starting at 11:30 this morning and after discovering all the extra issues that the car still had after they told me the car was fine. It ran over into 3pm and I had to be at work at that exact time. They tried to accommodate me with a rental car however they were gun hold on me having to pay the deposit ($300) which I already told them I didn't have any more money to spare over this car issue especially not for a rental . They refuse to put the car in their name, but they were willing to pay for it, which didn't fully make sense to me so I ended up still having to Uber to work late. Strike 3. Overall, the worse experience I've had with this company and their service and at this point, I could NOT and WILL NOT ever recommend anyone going to them unless they're ready to spend thousands of dollars and have plenty of time and patience for their antics. read more
