On April 28, 2019 my car was picked up to be delivered home. Due to an invoice error I was charged…read more$50 too much. The invoice did not reflect the amount of the deposit I made. I called Rick and he agreed that I was owed the money and he would mail a check. When I didn't receive the check after several weeks and several phone calls I made one last call at which time he said I owed him $50 from the previous year. I researched the matter and found that I did not owe him $50. I then provided him with documentation for both years showing that I am indeed owed the money. As of August 1st have not received my check nor have I heard from Rick. Bad business practices.
