Edson was so fast and friendly! My car wouldn't start and we were pretty sure it was the battery. He jumped it and followed me to my dealership. He didn't even want to charge me anything, but I gave him the cash I had - about $20. You just get a good and honest feeling with him, even on the phone. read more

I found Edson on Yelp and called him around 11pm on a Sunday night because my car battery wouldn't start and I needed the car the next day. He gave me a much better rate than Mazda or my insurance quoted me and he came right away. He was friendly and helpful and answered all my questions about the battery and gave me some good tips in case it happened again, which unfortunately it did again the next morning. Edson came back and jumpstarted my car again so I was able to take it to Autozone as he recommended and got a new battery. I cannot believe what just happened to me on the road. This tow truck was driving next to me going under the speed limit, so as I went to pass him he swerved into my lane. I gave him a honk and continued to try and pass him. He then continued to swerve into my lane every time I tried to pass him! At least 5 times he almost PHYSICALLY HIT ME with his truck. When I was finally able to pass him on the other side he was looking at me and laughing. Edit- I finally was able to get someone on the phone who said he would handle it and that his behavior was unacceptable. Hopefully he will not be a danger to drivers anymore. read more

This was a great towing experience. The driver (Etson) showed up quickly, easily got the car out of the driveway and to a nearby auto shop. Now I only got ahold of this Tow truck company through a broker and I'd like to say at first the service was great and the Tow truck Driver [Oscar] was very helpful when it came to informing about what may have been the problem to my truck leaking all it's water contents.. . Even though he never personally checked the engine to see what the issue may have been, when he did in-fact say he would check it when he dropped me off; never happened, and not a problem to me. My problem was that my truck's hazard lights were left on for the entire tow-trip home, which I never see tow trucks hauling cars with the emergency lights left on; so that was odd to me. Well I called HD brothers towing for a minor complaint, really was for nothing other than a form of self-relief & self-assurance. . The complaint was why was my emergency lights left on for the ride home, which drained my battery, now it won't even charge up and I have to get a new battery which is a major inconvenience to me.. Oscar, the guy that helped me out, started cursing me out calling me a crybaby and shit, then said I was asking for some kind of reimbursement or free service like getting a jump start, not the case at all. I just wanted to state that Oscar had lied, said the battery should be fine it'll charge overnight; once again didn't happen! So my goal was to let whoever is in charge know about the quality of the service, which after that phone call, it changed drastically... Maybe if the emergency lights weren't left on, then maybe I wouldn't have to be buying a new battery.. Oscar tried to say that the emergency lights being left on while I was stranded on the freeway may be the cause, which is not; I was only stranded for about 10-15 minutres.. Well, with Oscar cursing me out and telling me to get the Fuck out of here, [when in reality I'm not even in your vicinity, so how can one really get the fuck out of where they are not.] and being charged $230 (I don't know the common price for towing, but in the receipt there's no mention of how much goes to mileage or what's the cost for labor, I know for gas compensation it's around .57 cents per mile; it just states a towing charge.) but the guy did less than 2 hours of work and I gotta chalk up $230 for that and a dead battery.. . It was not worth it for the way I was being treated over the phone this afternoon. Train your personnel to have more hospitality & interpersonal skills and to not act like some wannabe thugs or gangsters who don't know how to treat their customers. .. Thanks for towing my truck . .. I deeply regret ever giving my money to this company but more so to the driver that towed my truck. read more
