I was appalled by her ignorant comments about her former employee's tattoos... Like why'd you hired her in the first place, if her tattoos were such an issue? Don't demean an excellent technician just because you can't match her expertise in the field so you attack her appearance!? If this owner ever snaps at you because her inadequacies have been revealed and she can't handle it, give it right back to her and walk out the front door. I had a horrible experience here. If you sign up for their newsletter they will send you monthly specials which is what prompted me to come back a second time. The specials are so good! Kristy was very careful during the blood draw and I felt like I was a valued customer. You will want to check their website before coming in (no appointments) because their hours are limited. Results are sent to you in a couple days, super fast in my opinion, and you can have them sent to your personal email if you wish. You also do not need to have a doctor's order to get a test, you can come in and tell them specifically which test(s) you want. Best value for labs in the area in my opinion.

Now the facility is FULL of people coughing and such. After complaining to a tech that people are going in and the list isn't moving, SHE N moved from 9:30 to 8:30 on the list. They did an MRI of my neck and they have me a headset to listen to some music. The machine is larger and I was told can accommodate someone up to 500lbs. I didn't feel as closed in as I usually do. Today it was an MRI of my brain. It was noisy and I couldn't wait for it to be over with but it wasn't that bad! I wasn't sedated. If you need an MRI and they scare you or you are claustrophobic this is a place for you!
