Honesty. Dependability. Quality. It's great when you find a company that does great work and puts customer service ahead of everything else. I always enjoy being able to write a glowing review. We had a large branch brushing against our roof damaging our dryer vent and shingles. Rain was in the forecast for the following day so we were under the gun to get this repaired. We received 2 other estimates, along with advice to go to Home Depot to get a tarp and cover the vent before it rained. Then we'd have to wait two weeks to do the repair. Within minutes we knew HD would be the company we'd choose. As soon as Michael arrived at our home he said he'd do an emergency repair to get us through the next couple of days. This was before we hired him. He then presented us with two estimates, one for just the repair and one which included additional maintenance to help prolong the life of our existing roof. Both estimates were hundreds of dollars below what we received from the other companies. Within 30 minutes the work was completed. Michael performed a magnetic clean up to make sure no nails were left behind and that was that. No more worrying about rain damage. We couldn't be happier. I initially contacted HD Roofing to repair a hail-damaged roof. They responded quickly and sent someone out to look things over during the next couple of days. After inspecting the roof, they believed there was significantly more damage than the insurance company adjuster had identified. After a few weeks of working with the insurance company, HD Roofing was able to justify replacing the metal roof on the house and the dock. Additionally, they worked with the insurance company to replace the hail-damaged siding on the dock as well as repaint the entire exterior of the house. Once the actual work started, HD Roofing managed every aspect of the roof replacement, gutter replacement, siding replacement, window repairs and house painting. All I had to do was select colors. Their communication throughout the process was excellent and they were very responsive whenever I had a question. It's been four months since the work was completed. Hayden Cooper, who we dealt with was very prompt and professional. I walked the damaged roof with him and he explained in detail what was needed and how to interface with our insurance company. We both met on site the insurance adjuster and Hayden helped with this. We scheduled the repair work and the start date slipped one day. He advised us of this in advance. He was on the job and supervised the workmen during tear off and reinstall. I inspected the work once it was finished, and it was done in a good workmanlike manner. So disappointed. There seems to be a lack of communication among an employee and the owner. I called over two hours ago to get an estimated time of arrival. The owner told me that Tyler was supposed to get a hold of me yesterday to confirm an appointment. He said he would contact Tyler. Waited...waited... and waited some more. I called about 30 minutes ago to see what was going on. Turns out the owner only texted Tyler. Tyler never texted back or called. The owner said he would call me back. Forty-five minutes later, Don calls me back. He literally tells me, "We didn't communicate with you... I just sent over the estimate... we can't do it today." DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. So this company advertises itself as "Honest" and "Dependable" but my experience show them to be anything but that. I hired them to fix a leaking roof on June 18. They came out and did something and promptly invoiced me for it, but the roof is still leaking on July 15. They've been paid and when I called them to come and actually fix the roof they starting saying that to actually stop the leak it would be an extra charge!!! "Honest", I don't think so. "Dependable", Nope. "2 year warranty", Only if you pay extra. Stay away. b.t.w., don't let this business owner confuse you. we had a roof start leaking several weeks after the hail storm. The very next rain storm leaked through the roof into our office. Don Richardson was quick to respond and fix our roof and re do the popcorn ceiling in our office. The work was excellent and they didn't make any mess. I highly recommend HD roofing. I called because my grandmother had missing shingles due to the tornado that touched down in her area. HD got back with me and assigned someone to do a temporary repair that same day. After the repair they let me know her roof qualified for replacement. They walked me through the process and ended up getting the roof bought through her insurance.
