A service tech returned my call in the morning, he asked for details of the issue and confirmed the location, even told me he was nearby and headed our way. Sadly, this was too good to be true! I had 3 employees on standby at our location waiting for the service tech to arrive, who never showed up. I represent a company who services hundreds of customers daily, with a pretty good reputation. I cannot put our reputation on the line by depending on Will County.
