Due to the lack of communication and delay, we are now having to pay out of pocket to address the heating, cooling, and ductwork issues ourselves. These ongoing issues have also contributed to increased electricity costs. We have also experienced ongoing difficulty over the years getting timely service calls completed for our unit. We continued to work with this company due to the warranty on our system, but this situation has been especially frustrating.
