They offered complimentary wine, champagne, or mimosas along with a nice snack bar, which was a great touch. Our massage therapists were incredibly kind, thorough, and never made us feel rushed. They took their time to make sure we had the best experience possible. I booked the Swedish massage with deep tissue focused on back. My only suggestion would be to add a few more amenities to enjoy before or after treatments. I received a gift card for my birthday so I decided to go ahead and make an appointment for a Swedish massage for 50 minutes. I have never been to this spa so when I called I requested someone who would be more gentle. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and I was checked in, and then I was shown where the sitting area is and where the changing area is. They do have lockers to put up your personal belongings then they give you a plush robe to wear, and you can get a drink of choice. I choose Moscato wine and I also had some water Dandi was my masseuse and she was fabulous. The room was gently lit with some amazing spa music. When you first pull into the summit, it's going to be your first right and it's located near Ann Taylor. I will definitely be back sooner than later. read more

I've never been here and I called to see if they had a last-minute appointment for one of their deluxe pedicures. They were able to get me in and we're very nice. The place is really cute! I just wanted to brag on the staff. I had an emergency pop up right before my couple's massage and the staff was so helpful getting me squared away. Very kind. I was gifted a maternity massage last year and it was wonderful. My masseuse was SO knowledgeable when it came to what trimester I was in and what was safe massage wise etc. I was a little nervous being so far along but she was wonderful and it was much needed. You receive confirmation and reminder texts. Once you arrive, you are given a tour and some instuctions to prepare for your experience, also a choice of beverage (I went with the Mimosa). The place was clean, the bathroom had a shower in it as well as lockers you can put your belongings in. While in the rest area they have snacks and they give you a complimentary drink. I made an appointment online and from booking to check out the process was seamless. I arrived and was immediately greeted and given a tour since it was my first time. Upon entering the changing room, I was shown the locker with my name on it and given a robe and plastic slippers. I was then asked if I would like wine, champagne or a mimosa. Mimosa please! Once I arrived in the quiet room, there was my name again at a comfy table and chair. I filled out my paperwork while enjoying my mimosa. It was time for my massage! My masseuse Meena was amazing! I had tight shoulders and I mentioned that I have arthritis in my knees. My deep massage was one of the best I have ever had! It was very relaxing and knot releasing at the same time. Meena used a cooling gel on my knees and it was fantastic. I ended up buying one to use at home. After my massage, I returned to the quiet room where they had hot tea and water with lemon infused. There were also individual snacks. After my massage the infused water and snack nuts were a much deserved treat. I sat in a lounge chair for a bit before returning to my locker to change. read more

I was unaware of WDS's existence (apparently they opened in May 2019)...and was very pleased to have discovered it! My husband and I decided to treat ourselves for Valentine's Day with Duet Massages and pedicures. I loved the attentiveness of the entire staff. The little touches (names on lockers, names on table in relaxation room) were nice. The robes given were so very comfortable! The sandals were a good fit. The relaxation room offered food (meat/cheese platter, crudités, Mini Bundt cakes, nuts) and flavored water. We also had mimosas or champagne options. One neat offering they had were reading glasses for use! My husband needed to use a pair to complete the new client forms! My husband's masseuse (Mena) and my masseur (Darryl) were excellent. 80 minutes flew by! Pedicures were standard. Felt good. No problems there. We both used the showers and accessories provided (hair dryer). Only complaint is the size of the locker room. Small space and it gets crowded quickly when there are more than 3 people in that space. Also only one shower, fortunately I didn't have to wait to use it. The sink area was tight if you were needing the space to do hair/makeup making it difficult for someone who may just need to wash their hands. read more

Had a good experience here today. The spa is very nice, warm, inviting and feels luxurious. Everything smells good too! All staff I interacted with were very friendly. Upon arrival, the person who greeted me knew it was my first time and gave me a tour of the facilities. There are separate change areas for men and women, and a co-ed waiting lounge. I was given a very comfortable, soft robe and slippers. The bathroom has a number of complimentary items available. There's a shower with products, individually packaged hair brushes, makeup remover, dry shampoo, razors, etc. The lounge area has comfortable seating, infused water, and snacks. You're also offered wine or tea on arrival. At exactly my appointed time, my massage therapist came to get me. I got the 80 minute deep tissue massage. I was desperately in need of relaxation. Brittany M. did a great job! I am always a "tough" massage client but she did great. I left feeling SO relaxed and so much better! The only thing missing IMO is a sauna, so just FYI. But other than that everything was perfect. Also, for covid purposes, masks are not currently required. (Most places have now lifted their restrictions.) Overall had a great experience and would highly recommend if you are looking for an upscale spa experience. read more

Yesterday I visited Woodhouse for a Discovery Facial and Agave Pedicure. I VERY much enjoyed my experience with Mel and Elaine! Elaine was very friendly and charismatic and did an EXCELLENT job on my pedi! Mel was equally exceptional with the facial I received. My facial was very relaxing, rejuvenating, and thorough. She did a wonderful job creating a calm and comfortable environment while I had my facial done. My only complaint was my experience checking in. I walked in after someone and stood a few feet behind her waiting my turn to check in. I was not greeted or even acknowledged with eye contact by the one representative at the front desk. I felt absolutely invisible. There was a couple who walked in AFTER me and she actually looked PAST me and greeted/checked them in before me. I wasn't even acknowledged until another host walked in, which is when I spoke up and said I needed to check in also. To be honest it was a little off-putting to have to make my presence be known, and as a first time guest it definitely did not give me a good first impression. I have worked in customer service for many years, so I can understand being busy already assisting someone when another guest comes in, but I would've felt better if she had smiled and said hi, much less checked me in before the people behind me. The other host who assisted me with check-in/check-out was friendly and pleasant. Overall, I would give 5 stars to Elaine and Mel, but 2 stars to the front desk/check in. read more

Wow where do I start?! From start to finish, this was one of my best experiences with any Woodhouse . My mom was coming in to visit and we both adore Woodhouse and so I needed to book an appointment. I called in and spoke with (I feel so bad I don't remember her name exactly, but I know that it sounded like ) Kensly or Kenzie at the front desk. She let me know that one of the spa services that we loved has now been adjusted and the original was no longer available. She helped work me through different options and actually helped us find a way to save money and have the experience that we wanted. Turns out it was even BETTER than our original favorite. A bit more expensive but so worth it. They even accommodated some weird requests, including helping me with a heating pad because my mom and I both have a hard time regulating body temperature. Dandy was my massage therapist and was absolutely incredible. Dandy asked me what areas needed specific attention and even offered ways that she can help my shoulder after I left the spa. She was gentle enough with my injury that I felt no discomfort but found relief throughout the massage. It was so great that I even fell asleep. I've been going to woodhouse for at least 4 years now and this is the best customer experience I have ever had. I will be back soon, not just because I love Woodhouse but because Dandy and Kensly went above and beyond to make my experience even better than expected ! read more

The staff is so very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the services that they are performing. I am so glad that they were able to get me in on a busy Saturday because I needed some relaxation in my life! I received a 50 minute neck, back, and shoulder massage and I really enjoyed it. It was my first time ever getting a massage by a professional; so, of course I was a little nervous and tense a little. I did elect to have a female massage therapist just because I wanted to be extremely comfortable in the experience. She did a wonderful job with pressure and helping me to be relaxed so that I could enjoy the full massage. I also received a microderm facial and OMG my skin is so bright and smooth even 3 days later. When I tell you that the lady that worked on my face KNEW what she was doing, she KNEW what she was doing! I had a fabulous experience here today. When I walked in it was clear they take social distancing and cleaning seriously and I felt very comfortable. See my picture where they placed mask wearing stuffed animals to require social distancing in the quiet room - haha. I noticed the chair I used originally had an alligator on it when I got back! Mena gave me a stone massage and it was FABULOUS. She was kind, professional and a good listener. Felt freaking fantastic. Then I got a facial from Lauren. By the end, I felt like we were friends. She gave me specific advice (such as if you are going in the sun Saturday for your child's birthday, make sure you hold off on your Retinal until Sunday). She was careful to take her time. Marissa at the front desk was a constant problem solver from my locker to ringing up at the end. She was courteous and professional - what you'd expect from a very nice spa.
