Absolutely the best customer service, hands-down!! my husband hates shopping and can barely drag him to go with me but when he walked in Head Springs Depot he was so impressed he said he would go back there anytime! They are very attentive and provide old-fashioned customer service that is so difficult to find these days! Their products are great and well priced. We looked for a month for a sectional in our game room. Tried every furniture store from Franklin to Nashville with no luck, even the substandard furniture takes 8 weeks to arrive. We were even given the option for a low profile box spring so it's a lot less challenging for him to in and out of his bed at 4 years old. This is one of those stores that you go into looking for a coffee table and walk out with a dresser, dining room table and a mattress because you just couldn't pass them up! I saw an ad for them on Facebook and we went a couple weeks later to get some ideas for our new house. We were highly impressed with the quality of the furniture, the selections and the wonderful customer service. Some of the items you buy directly from the floor, others you can have custom made and delivered to your house. We never felt pressured by the employees but they were very be very helpful and knowledgeable. We asked about a couple pieces and they were able to tell us where they were made, from what materials and the colors they came in. We will defiantly be back!!! read more

Head Springs Manager is a liar. Bedbugs began to appear in mid May which was less than TWO months after the bedding was delivered. There were none in my belongings and none in the apartment - that would've been clearly visible on off-white carpet. They were found in AND ONLY IN the headboard and the box springs. I had not traveled (no hotel rooms) not had guests over with luggage! read more

SUCH A SCAM - WORST FURNITURE STORE I'VE EVER WORKED WITH - I went to them because I saw online they are a vendor for Four Hands. I asked if they would match a vendor I found in NC who was also a Four Hands retailer. I wanted to buy local and they said they could match the price. I waited over 6 weeks and paid ~$1770 for the piece. If I had not gone through a distributor, I could have bought this piece online for ~$2,100. I appreciated the discount seeing as I know retail vendors get 30% off and interior designers get 20% off from this brand. I was under the impression they were doing this as a favor since I came to them to buy local and did that in an effort to maybe get more business from me later on. Not only is the not the case, but after the mistake they made they tried to sell it to me for $2500 (far above any online distributor). I sat with the manager, Laura, and she even showed me the picture of the correct piece of furniture, but the piece she actually ordered was not correct. I waited over six weeks and the delivery men tried dropping off the wrong piece. I told them that was not the right piece and they said someone would call me that day to fix this. I had to call the next day and ask what was going on with this issue. Laura gave me a call and tried to sell me above market price. Currently, on Burke Decor, their full price with white glove delivery for this piece is $2,348.00. With the current discount, it is $2,018.15. So, not only was the customer service the worst I have ever experienced, but even when realizing they made a mistake, they still had the audacity to try and oversell me by ~$500. Extremely disappointed such a pathetic business is operating in Franklin, TN. I will never be recommending this business to anyone. read more

On Saturday I called multiple stores in Franklin comparing prices and delivery costs to get a new one, but never had time to follow up and order one that day. Today I called Head Springs Depot back because of their competitive prices and because of how pleasant they were to speak with over the phone. And today they made my day! Not only was I able to order my box spring, but they also delivered it same day AND called me to let me know it had been delivered. They couldn't have been more kind and pleasant to deal with. The best kept little secret in Franklin. Great place tucked back in a warehouse but boy do they get the goods! Top notch furniture and housewares at bargain prices. Staff and owners (and dog Molly!) are wonderful. Bought our latest mattress there and got a great quality mattress at a great fair price.
