What she missed was that we were fully aware we ran a bit late but that she wouldn't have been able to meet with us anyway until she finished what she was in the middle of anyway. Unfortunately, she made zero effort to connect with us. As we were leaning a young couple offered a recommendation in Franklin as they must have heard the conversation. **Veronica unfortunately there isn't anything you can do to resolve this issue. We made a specific trip - 2nd one - there with every intent of moving forward but after the experience went straight to RH and ordered everything for the entire house. Hopefully in the future your design staff will keep this experience in mind and make a few simple adjustments to their approach when trying to acquire new clientele.

There was a large selection of items from jewelry, hand crafted signs, candles, furniture, etc. All of the items were amazingly beautiful and very reasonably priced. I believe I saw some Rae Dunn items as well...those are a hot commodity I hear! I am a sucker for details. I noticed how they had their business cards displayed (in the pages of a book that was fanned open) and I immediately commented on it. So creative, simple and perfect for this place! I can't wait to go to the Columbia location too! My house is almost dead center between the two. Coincidence? I think not...

This store and these guys are awesome! I love the variety of merchandise they carry and the way they make me feel like a part of the family when I go shopping there. They have the coolest, high quality stuff. I know that if they don't have what I'm looking for today, a new shipment is coming in within a few days and there will be more great choices soon! My wife and I have purchased from them many times and have never been disappointed...EVER! They carry tools, beds, cool sinks, furniture, musical instruments and a whole lot more. I have a whole set of RYOBI mowers, chain saws, blowers, etc. and they're awesome! I know if I ever had a problem Jay, Kelly, Seth, or anyone there would take the time to make it right. Last Sat, I was looking for a ride lawn mower. John Deere is the best brand and best quality but it's about at least $200 more expensive. I found a piece of info on craigslist saying Head Springs Depot selling a brand new 42"19HP for $1274, $400 cheaper. Really? When I get there, the tractor is truely new, only 1 hour used probably for indoor demo. The beauty is they offer free deliver on the same day and test the tractor right on your lawn. In addition, I found they have many different things for sale. I bought a new exercise bike for about 30% less and it's fully assembled plus deliver to my home together with the tractor. I really had an excel experience there and I would recommend fellows to give a shot when you need something but dont want to pay full price. They do accept credit card. read more

We ordered a dining room table and bench from Head Springs Depot. When it arrived, we noticed one of the pedestals wasn't level and we were not pleased with the bench length. With no question and working with the Customer Service Manager, Todd scheduled for a new bench and pedestals to be ordered. Great store for rustic furniture, decorations and accessories. I bought several items for my office that would have cost twice as much at other outlets. I also got a cow rug for less than 1/2 what they cost in stores/on-line. I saw that they also have beds and mattresses. Amazing responsive staff and great prices. 2 minutes from downtown Franklin. My wife and I purchased a piece from Value Furniture that was in pretty good shape, but had a couple of blemishes. The sales person assured us that their touch up guy is "the best in the business" and that when they deliver the piece it will be fully touched up and look brand new! However, this promise was certainly not kept. As far as delivery goes, the company first said they would be there on Monday, so my wife and I planned our night around them coming and then they called and canceled. They rescheduled for Tuesday. The next day rolls around and the same thing happens...they call an hour AFTER the scheduled delivery time to say they will not be there until the next day. So now, our third delivery attempt comes around and they FINALLY made it three hours LATER than scheduled. Not only did the piece show up with the exact same blemishes, but apparently it got a couple new ones while in transit. Then, to top it all off, one the the knobs had completely fallen off and the delivery guys had to go find it rolling around in the truck. They handed me the knob and said I "can probably find a way to reattach it by going to Home Depot." I was very impressed with the in-store experience, but have been incredibly disappointed in their follow through and delivery. Highly doubtful that I ever shop here again.

We have always been the ones to initiate contact with the store, whether it is to check on if our furniture was in and with later issues we had with the furniture being damaged. Twice now when we've called to check on if the furniture was in yet they had told us, Oh yes, it's in our warehouse, but yet no one had called to set up a delivery time. After the first delivery, the top of our chest of drawers was completely cracked, the nightstand had a paint drip on it, and the side rail for the king size bed had a large chunk of wood out of it. The delivery guys said that a manager would call us on Monday. We waited patiently more than a week and never heard back from anyone at the store. We called and the manager said that the pieces would be re-ordered, didn't seem phased by the fact that we had so much damage and never apologized or even seemed concerned that we had issues. We again waited months and never heard from the store. We called again and were told oh yes, it's in but again no one called us to set up a delivery time. They brought the furniture out. The side rail again was broken and the nightstand was so damaged that the drawer couldn't even be pulled out. The furniture was again taken back and no one called us to let us know what they were going to do. My husband again called and was told that it would be re-ordered. We waited again for the furniture never hearing from the store and then my husband again calls and they said yes it's available and it's in the warehouse. We were told a manager was going to come out and he never showed up or called. We waited a while and then again my husband called and the manager again said yes that he was going to come out on the Saturday but again he never showed up or called. We spent a lot of money but once they had our money, apparently that's where their customer service ends. I was looking forward to having a local furniture company that I could use, but I would not recommend this business to anyone.
