Rather than using a third-party delivery company (that may or may not be trustworthy), they use their own employees to deliver and install your purchases. And they've never damaged anything in our house. The bedroom suites, the kitchen table, desks for both offices, and even the magnificent dining room table that seats 10 has been durable, functional, and timeless. We stopped by and bought more furniture for our second home, and the employees were helpful but not intrusive, and the experience was wonderful as always.

She raced me around the store and in less than 5 minutes showed me only the pieces that were close to the dresser I was looking for. Ultimately, I purchased somewhere else since I didn't find something that fit the style and limited space of my apartment, but this was by far the best shopping experience I've had anywhere. The prices are on the higher end here, but the quality is much better than Rooms to Go or Ashly's. I'm confident that the dressers I looked at here would last many years.

I came across their website and decided to visit their Hermitage location. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a delightful gentleman named John. I explained to him what I was looking for and the issues I had with my previous mattress shopping experience and he was happy to help me. Even more impressive was that I showed him the tag from the mattress in my guest room that I really like that was 10+ years old, he was able to tell me all about it and while they don't make them anymore, he was able to tell me about all of the improvements they have made on the current models. They had a large selection of mattresses and John was able to show me the ones he thought I would like based on my preferences, and even explained the differences between the various options. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. *Tip* If you sign up for their "Outlet Pass", they'll email you a voucher for an additional discount off of your mattress. Mine was already marked down to a great deal (less than half of what you would pay elsewhere) and they were able to take an additional $100 off. I highly recommend this place and will encourage all of my friends and family to check it out.

Boy was I wrong, and my back paid the price. The next day, I showed up to Marks Mattress Outlet and was greeted immediately upon arrival by Jerry. He asked me what I was looking for and was able to find the perfect mattress (pillow soft, firm, mix, etc.) for me. Not only that, but when he heard I was in pain from sleeping on an air mattress, he called his delivery people to see if they could deliver the same day (unfortunately they were booked with deliveries all day which speaks to how well the store does). I thought I would be dropping thousands of dollars for a brand name mattress, but it was incredibly priced and next business day delivery was impeccable. Highly recommend this store for anyone looking to buy a new mattress, and DEFINITELY recommend for any newcomers moving to Nashville. I bought a new Climate 360 Bed from them on November 1, 2022 with delivery on December 29th…read more Delivery and physical set up of the bed went great BUT when it came time to do the online SleepIQ app is when the complete nightmare began. We were told a remote would be "overnighted" so we could get the bed working until the tech support issue was solved. 6 BUSINESS days later the remote arrived. Guess what? The remote was useless because it must connect to your ONLINE BED PROFILE ON Sleep IQ in order to load your sleep number settings. It will not let me manually set the sleep numbers. Call to Tech Support...sorry we can't help you but if you call back during the week the "regular tech support can help you". 3 weeks, 5 Tech support calls and about 3.5 hours cumulative time spent on the phone and online with them I was finally "escalated" to someone whose job it seemed was only to give me some $$ off the bed to placate me. Of course that $400 off (on a $10K bed) be issued in a hard check and arrive 2 business weeks later. Of course it hasn't arrived and to be honest I doubt it ever will if it depends on the competency of this company's customer service or tech support people. The only other thing that this "escalated tech support" did was tell me that a new ticket was put in with guess who?? Tech support..:-( Of course the speedy juggernaut Tech Support was given 5-7 business days in which to respond with just setting up a 360 Climate bed profile into my SleepIQ app. One would think they have done that thousands of times because it has to be done EVERY TIME THEY SELL A NEW BED. I'm so utterly frustrated and completely disappointed in this company from the local level to their highest levels levels of customer support and service. Being as this is the 2nd sleep # bed purchased I can attest that the product is great BUT in my experience if you have the slightest problem with the product that requires the assistance of anyone outside of this local store (especially "Tech Support") you are in for a VERY, VERY frustrating experience. Today I'm going to the physical store to request a refund and for them to come pick up their $10K product because they won't/can't provide support to even get it operational at the basic set up level for their repeat customer to enjoy.
