Amazing customer service!!! After a horrible experience with Mattress Firm, I started searching for somewhere else I could purchase a mattress. I came across their website and decided to visit their Hermitage location. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a delightful gentleman named John. I explained to him what I was looking for and the issues I had with my previous mattress shopping experience and he was happy to help me. Even more impressive was that I showed him the tag from the mattress in my guest room that I really like that was 10+ years old, he was able to tell me all about it and while they don't make them anymore, he was able to tell me about all of the improvements they have made on the current models. They had a large selection of mattresses and John was able to show me the ones he thought I would like based on my preferences, and even explained the differences between the various options. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. *Tip* If you sign up for their "Outlet Pass", they'll email you a voucher for an additional discount off of your mattress. Mine was already marked down to a great deal (less than half of what you would pay elsewhere) and they were able to take an additional $100 off. TL; DR: Marks Mattress Outlet has amazing service, great selection, and the best prices. I just moved to Nashville on Friday, December 1st and thought I could sleep on an air mattress until I found the right mattress. Boy was I wrong, and my back paid the price. The next day, I showed up to Marks Mattress Outlet and was greeted immediately upon arrival by Jerry. He asked me what I was looking for and was able to find the perfect mattress (pillow soft, firm, mix, etc.) for me. Not only that, but when he heard I was in pain from sleeping on an air mattress, he called his delivery people to see if they could deliver the same day (unfortunately they were booked with deliveries all day which speaks to how well the store does). I thought I would be dropping thousands of dollars for a brand name mattress, but it was incredibly priced and next business day delivery was impeccable. Highly recommend this store for anyone looking to buy a new mattress, and DEFINITELY recommend for any newcomers moving to Nashville. My wife and I have been discussing for months replacing our king set in the master bedroom, so after deciding on the queen, I browsed king. They had a Beautyrest Legend set that sells for $4099 at Mattress Firm. With Marks digital coupon, $950! Incredible deal, so I bought it too. They delivered both an hour later. $100 delivery fee, and this is an outlet store so no warranty, but how many mattress warranty claims have you ever filed? This is the only place I'll buy mattresses going forward. We literally saved thousands. read more

I bought my mattress at SleepWell in May 2010 and I still can't believe how much I love it. I got a Stearns & Foster queen bed (normally WAY expensive) for ~$650! The outlet is not very big, so variety is limited. They did have a big variety of price points and firmnesses (is that a word?). The website advertises that the mattresses have "minor flaws" but I think the mattress I ended up with only had the flaw of not coming with a boxspring and being overstocked to Macy's. I didn't need a box spring so it worked out perfectly for me! While I know they say that you should always haggle price for a mattress, I am a little timid and just acted really unsure as to whether I could afford it, so the guy ended up knocking some bucks off of the price. Win! I didn't end up having it delivered, so I can't comment on that, but overall the staff was medium friendly, mattresses ranged from about a $200 spring mattress to a $1000+ memory foam, and I walked away with the most comfortable bed I've ever owned. read more

Had a great experience here getting a pretty expensive mattress and box spring for only $600. The mattress was in perfect condition, just had some minor scuffs on the underside but nothing that was compromising quality or cleanliness etc. Matt was very helpful and awesome. I am very happy with my experience here. It is now called marks mattress outlet. The prices were very reasonable and the salesman was super helpful and not pushy at all. I even changed my mind on getting the delivery from them for an extra charge and he refunded my payment for that without any hassle the day I paid and the day before delivery was scheduled. As I was waiting for my friend with her truck, he brought both the mattress and box spring (twin size) out while I was on the phone. Class act! read more

We LOVE our mattress from Marks. We got a SUPER high end mattress that would have cost $6K+ for less than $1K! I needed a hard to find Cal King and they had one. My husband is a big guy and we needed something that would not wear out easily. We bought a Kluft mattress. All you have to do is Google this brand to see that we got a steal of a deal. I was very thankful to the young man you showed us this mattress because I didn't know anything about the brand. We had a fun time shopping in the store. The customer interface is great in this store and we usually trust Dave Ramsey, BUT NOT THIS TIME!!!! Bought a name brand mattress here for over $1,000.00 and had to sign a zillion papers saying warranty was not valid. BIG RED FLAG!!! Now, eight months later we have mold growing in our mattress and we are both suffering with symptoms. Going to a name dealer to spend another $1,000.00 plus but WILL get the warranty this time! We purchased a hybrid mattress and adjustable base back in the fall of 2017. We absolutely LOVE the mattress and adjustable base. The quality has been superb and the cooling technology was a choice well made. The Guys at the store were very patient with us while we pondered over which mattress we liked best. Being from out of town, we weren't sure where to purchase a mattress for our son. I googled stores and Marks Mattress Outlet popped up with good reviews. We thought we'd start here and then move on if we didn't find what we wanted. The two salesmen were so kind and helpful! We found the perfect bed in 5 minutes! And even though the price was fantastic we were offered $100 off. We also bought a frame, mattress cover and two pillows, all offered to us at a lower price. What totally amazed us is that it was delivered to us the very same day. In fact, the delivery truck almost beat us home. The delivery guys were great as well! The service at this store was superior. When making a large purchase you want the best quality for the best price. I signed up online and received a coupon for $100 off selected mattresses. How could I not check that deal out. I visited almost five mattress stores in the area. The mattress we bought for $725 plus tax was $1699 at a competitor. The salesman was friendly and knowledgeable. We were able to purchase mattress, box springs, frame for a charge, and have it delivered the next day. The delivery people were quick and efficient.
