So I had to make another appointment to bring it back and get another new windshield. This time it was solid, no leaking, however, their, recalibration machine broke. So another week has to go by and more time to go and take it in again. You can't make this stuff up. Three different times, two different windshields, and I'm not really sure how I feel about this establishment. I think they are overbooked, the workers are overworked, and undertrained. Would I get better service somewhere else? I'm not sure.

They sent a rookie tech to replace it and he could not get her electronics and telemetry to work right. So, told her she needed to take it to the shop and left. The next morning, she went out to the driveway and there was a stress crack all the way across the top from the rear view mirror pod to the window frame on the passenger side. When she told me about it, I told her to call the shop and tell them. When she called them, they made an appointment and when she took the care in they refused to repair it as a warranty claim. The mark of an honest supplier is one that can step up when it's the right thing to do. This provider is not managed by honest people and he shows from their leadership down. It's not like this was our first time, we are a long term customers and have been using this supplier since we started driving in the last 1970's. Nevertheless we expected better from this supplier. We would caution other potential customers if considering this supplier for their windshield repair. Buyer beware!

They should not have attempted the job if they could not do the whole job. This was just messy! I call to reschedule and the lady rudely asks my name and then rudely tells me I'm not booked and i need to book "the right way" through insurance. I explain I did book through insurance and after much back and forth, she tells me there's no way that's true unless my name is really *my ex husbands name.* I'm like oh, that's my ex husband, we're on the same insurance, it must have booked in like that for some reason cuz both of our names are on each of our cars policies. She's like oh well your car isn't even drivable so idk how are you getting here? and I'm like oh I'm already next door, and she's like oh okay well then yeah that's State Farm's fault, we'll just see you for your appointment. I come in, she's short with me and tells me to have a seat and she'll get to me soon. She doesn't. She complains about being open during the snow. I'm like yeah I'm literally on break from my 12 hour shift cuz we can't close either, but when I got the text cancelling i assumed it must be the snow. She grunts. She helps another customer who comes in. I wait. My rides still waiting in the parking lot so I'm like hey can I just leave my keys with you or should I let my ride know to come back for me? Do you need anything else from me? And she's like oh well your car isn't getting worked on for another month so idk what you wanna do about that. Insurance has them listed as a "select service option" that will come get my car and drop it off for the appointment. When they didn't try to arrange that or answer my calls, I got it there without them. They didn't provide the "select service" they advertised, they instead waited til 15 minutes before my appointment to cancel my appointment via text and then tell me I never booked with them, argue with me about my booking, tell me to come in and it's sorted and then tell me when I get there that my appointments futile cuz they won't even do anything with it for at least a month. The whole experience was unprofessional, why even have a shop manager if they can't communicate effectively. If the quality of work is as poor as the customer service, I'm sure I just saved a ton of money by NOT using these chickenheads. If I could give zero stars I would, one is generous.
