Everyone knows their stuff, the benefits of cryo, red infrared light, compression, etc is very well documented. So much so st. Jude's hospital uses infrared for their patients. I could digress and tell you why I love this place but I will save you the time and say go check it out. First time cryo is free. It's cold as hell. But short time discomfort for long term benefits.
