We had told them we either needed 2 large vans or a small bus. They said it was no problem. When the time came, they were 45 minutes late, and showed up with ONE van with an entire row of seats missing from the back. Everyone piled in, and whoever was left over had to sit on the floor in back. The driver was a moron. He took the long way, and we BARELY made it to the wharf in time.There was no time to figure something else out or get another van asap. Not a pleasant experience. I don't think I'll deal with these dumbasses again any time soon.
