I left for work in the morning and when I got home the trees were gone and there was a stack of firewood in the back yard. The yard was cleaner than before he did the work! Last year we had him clear a whole section of trees and stumps (about a quarter acre) to make room for more lawn and bring some more light in. It only took him two days! And what a difference it makes in both the yard and the house...so much more light. Also last year we had HUGE pine tree up-root and come down during high winds. NOW I AM FINDING OUT THAT IT IS NOT KILN DRIED!!! After having to run my wood stove wide open just to get a lot of the wood to burn at all I started checking the moisture after splitting it. I am seeing between 23% to 30%, 43% all the way up to 63% moisture. This wood is suppose to be KILN DRIED!!! Customer service is non-existent!! SAVE YOUR MONEY and BUY YOUR WOOD FROM SOMEONE ELSE!

It took me several phone calls just to reach someone in the office to confirm my new date, my wife actually had to make a phone call that was answered. I had been previously told that the company only does Residential services on Fridays. When I moved into my new home, about 1 week ago before my new service date, I was surprised to see the company go two houses down and clear out a residential lot (that my builder had purchased) The work they do is fine but be prepared to deal with multiple schedule changes and lack of communication.
