BUUUUT, I always give brownie points for good people and good service so lets go with 4! We came there and currently of course as they're still undergoing upgrades and renovations their potential is yet TBD. Ambiance wise, not counting the on going renovations the current available rooms seems to be clean but unfortunately tiny. The first thing that stood out for me is the scent of chinese food that made me and my husband hungrier (so thats not bad) but they did mention also selling food eventually. If the time does come, I am down for trying out their food. However, in terms of exp, it does take away a little bit away from the relaxation. Some sort of aromatherapy scent would be nice. Music is fine and relaxing enough. So far, it seems like a family owned business. The people are very nice and accommodating they've taken note of my injuries and had avoided it so I appreciate about that. Technique wise, they're okay. Definitely worked on my shoulders that was apparently really sore. However, it would be cool to refine their techniques more. I really was surprised with the warm towel in the middle of it. Another experience enhancement is offering something (aside from water) like tea before or after the massage. Definitely will come back and will look forward to see the final form of the spa!

I was suffering bad from a stiff neck and the pain was pretty bad. Well, she did an amazing job. I was only able to stay for 30 mins but let me say those 30 mins were amazing. I am so glad I stayed because it is day 3 days after and my pain is about almost gone. I plan to go back soon because it was so relaxing. The place was clean and cozy.
