DOES NOT TREAT SENIORS! I have been a patient of Jasmine Joseph for years. She has helped me with problems relating to my spine. The quality of her care has been good. On her website Jasmine Joseph claims: "We care for the entire family as well, including teens, adults, and seniors." This year I turned 65, and like 99% of people over the age of 65 have become a Medicare recipient. Towards the end of last year, when I disclosed to her that I would enroll in Medicare, she told me that she would not be able to see me as a patient anymore, and that she would have to "refer me out to somebody else". I offered to pay out of pocket for my visits, which I had done anyway for most of the time that I saw her. She said no. She also implied that she was surprised about me turning 65. After this disclosure I saw her one more time before I became a Medicare recipient and decided after that visit that I would not see her again for chiropractic care. I only saw her because I was in pain. I find her attitude unethical to say the least! She obviously does not care for seniors, since she immediately gets rid of them once they turn 65. The statement on her website is not consistent with her actions towards seniors. She told me that she got rid of 3 other people in the last year (2025) alone, due to their age and consequently their affiliation with Medicare. Obviously Jasmine Joseph only cares about the 1% of seniors that are not enrolled in Medicare, not the other 99%. This chiropractic office is not for most people, because most of us are going to turn 65 at one point and become Medicare recipients. It is and office for a very small minority of people. I started seeing Dr. Jasmine at 30 weeks pregnant for Webster Technique sessions, and it's made a huge difference in how my third trimester feels. Her adjustments have relieved so much tension and made it much easier to move throughout the day. Her pelvic adjustments has also helped create more space for the baby to move and settle comfortably, which has been really reassuring. I've noticed better flexibility, less stiffness, and overall my body just feels like it's moving the way it should. She's thoughtful, knowledgeable, and creates such a warm, low-stress environment every time I come in. Dr. Jasmine's sessions are one of the most helpful things I've done for myself during pregnancy, and I really wish more pregnant people knew how much chiropractic care like this can improve the experience. read more

Had a wonderful, A+ massage with Zack Baazov the other day. His deep tissue therapeutic massage worked out the kinks and tension in my muscles in ways they definitely haven't ever been worked before. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and more mobile than when I walked in (though during it was quite an intense process). It was a deep massage that will definitely push you to your limits but Zack is very receptive to what is too much for you and the result is a rewarding sense that you actually made a real impact on improving areas of strain/tightness/tension. What made the session even more pleasant was Zack's communication (notifying of techniques, what to do as patient and what he was doing as practitioner, listening to the patients body on appropriate pressure, post-massage care, etc). I had my first consultation + adjustment as a 30 week pregnant patient with Dr. Jasmine Joseph yesterday. I have had 3+ experiences with other chiropractors and all I can tell you is, Dr. Jasmine has changed my life and is the best I have ever seen. My initial appointment was approximately 45 minutes long which included an anatomy diagnostic exam and what can be improved. Dr. Jasmine wowed me with knowledge and tricks to keep comfortable throughout this process then followed up with adjustments. These adjustments were desperately needed and I no longer have a stiff back but also a 14-year-old knot was removed from my neck, I kid you not! Dr. Jasmine helped me relieve some pains I thought were "permanent" for the past 14 years in just a few minutes. She is also getting my pelvis area ready for a healthy labor. Not only does she see pregnant women, but non-pregnant adults, men and babies. I am sending my friends and husbands to her because I haven't found anyone this educated and helpful in a long time. I plan on going to her each week until I deliver then 1-2x per month afterwards. I'm so thankful for Dr. Jasmine. After my c-section, my back was all messed up. It got to the point where I was in pain if I was sitting, standing or laying down (basically, always). I'm normally someone who likes to wait it out in hopes I can recover on my own. But the pain was too much. My obgyn recommended her. I'm so glad she had a cancellation and squeezed me in. I started experiencing back pain early on in my pregnancy and did not want to suffer for months. I started seeing Dr. Jasmine Joseph at the start of my 5th month of pregnancy and continued until I gave birth. After the first couple of adjustments I felt much better and had limited pain and discomfort through the rest of my pregnancy. She was always extremely caring asking all about my pregnancy, not just what I was there to see her for. I felt amazing after each adjustment and it was one of the things I looked forward to the most each week. I am not sure I could have survived my pregnancy without her! After my son was born we found out that he had lip and tongue tie. He was having a very difficult time latching so we decided to have both released. He was still struggling some after the procedure so we hired a lactation consultant. She taught us how to do sucking exercises to help him learn how to better latch, but also said that he would benefit from some light body work with a chiropractor due to tightness in his neck and jaw. After speaking to Dr. Joseph I learned that this is something she could help with as well so at 3 weeks old my son and I went to see her and both of us had adjustments. Seeing Dr. Joseph is one of the best decisions I have made. I have spent years playing sports (soccer), lifting weights, cardio, and sitting in a chair, which has caused my body to become inflexible, immobile, sluggish, and just not what it used to be at the age of 33. I have seen Dr. Joseph for a total of 5 times so far, and even she is amazed at how well I'm responding to her treatments. She is very knowledgeable and she has an eye for details. She was able to point out issues with my body that I had no clue existed. She explained how the body works, and how everything is connected, and then she offered solutions to fix my problems. I have spend hundreds of dollars on massage therapy, which is good, but didn't address my deeper issues of misalignment. I highly recommend her to anyone/everyone that is either sedentary or active. Dr. Jasmine helped me SO much during my Bnb pregnancy with my second child. I had never been to a chiropractor before and she made me feel welcome and safe. She is warm, knowledgeable and wonderful to talk to! I was having issues with limited range of motion/stiffness in my neck as well as sciatica. Walking away from those first few appointments felt ridiculous, as though I had wasted yearrrs not getting this relief. I had suffered with back labor with my baby being "sunny side up" and this was also something I (desperately) hoped to address. After just a handful of adjustments in the 3rd trimester my body felt "right". Not only did my neck issue/sciatica dissipate completely, I had ZERO lower back pain for the remainder of the pregnancy. I was more physically comfortable in the third trimester after seeing her then I had been in the second. When I had my baby, I had no sign of back labor and the labor was so quick and smooth I didn't make it to the hospital on time and ended up having baby at home! I started seeing Dr. Joseph while I was pregnant and couldn't walk because of SI joint pain and pelvic misalignment. After 2 adjustments, I had a significant improvement and could walk again. Dr Jasmine is a great chiropractor. She cares about her patients and I noticed this because of the time she takes with each appointment. I've been to chiropractors before that quickly adjust you or simply use a massage machine and that's it. My ob/gyn recommended Dr. Jasmine Joseph when I called about some intense neck pain I was having after a rough c-section. The pain in my neck was far worse than the c-section itself. I was able to walk with ease, but I couldn't turn my neck without searing pain. I had dizziness and headaches and the night before I saw Dr. Jasmine, I had my first migraine in over a year. The pain was interfering with my ability to care for my newborn and my four-year-old. I tried both massage and acupuncture, but nothing worked. I like to think of myself as a very physically aware and healthy, active person, but with this, I was at a complete loss. Dr. Jasmine was truly amazing! I have had really good experiences with other chiropractors, but no one has ever taken the kind of time with me that Dr. Jasmine did in our first session. She was thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. She spoke with me for a long time, checked my blood pressure and reflexes, examined my posture and noticed things that others had missed. In the end, she successfully diagnosed the problem as a disc that had slipped out of alignment. Even then, she didn't immediately rush into an adjustment, but insisted that I take some time to relax, heating the area and taking great care to make sure the adjustments went well. I experienced almost immediate relief, and over the next few days felt even better. Within a day, I was able to completely stop taking my prescription ibuprofen.
