I wish I'd got the lady's name, because I couldn't praise her more. The massage was 60mins long, and she didn't waste a minute. Just hard enough to melt all those muscle knots and then just firm enough to melt them into relaxing submission. I go to her when I have more of a medical issue with my muscles, joints and ligaments. I fell and did pulled some muscles in my arm, she worked with the muscles and put athletic tape on it in such a way as to support healing. I wore it for 3 days, and then took it off as directed. It helped a lot. My arm felt much better afterwards, and I feel it healed faster. A couple years later I pulled a muscle in my leg, I could hardly walk.
