In fact, Lisa said she may not be able to groom him if he continued to behave so timidly. However, she said to leave him and would call if there was a problem. A few hours later, we got a call and he was all finished. When we got there she told me how he did, and brought him out. I almost didn't recognize him! He looked sooo good! It cost $37 and was so worth it! She was able to get his mats out without shaving him and actually made him look more adorable than usual. They also do different colors for the doggy's hair there too, which I think is so cool! I totally recommend this place and really miss it as we now live in Seattle, Wa.

My Yorkie is a 4lb rescue that was previously abused, so she's very scared and usually doesn't let strangers groom her. Sarah not only was able to cut her hair, but she did and amazing job. Sarah also did a great job with my Maltipoo and we will definitely use her services again. Sarah was very nice and professional and great with dogs that need a little extra TLC.
