I will admit that I did not thoroughly read all of the paperwork I signed. However, if I had fully understood that this could be a possible outcome, I never would have agreed to the procedure. I now look worse than I did before the treatment, which has been incredibly distressing and the emotional impact of this experience has been far greater than I was prepared for. I returned for follow-up appointments and was repeatedly assured that results can take up to 90 days. Unfortunately, at the 90-day mark, there was still no meaningful improvement. I contacted the spa again via text message, which had been our primary form of communication, and sent photos showing the condition of my eyes after 90 days. I never received a response. I strongly encourage anyone considering this treatment to fully research the potential risks and make sure they clearly understand all possible side effects before proceeding.

I was always early and always seen late. Unfortunately, after 10 treatments, I've also seen little to no results. Between the repeated scheduling issues and the lack of effectiveness, I can't recommend this business. I hope this helps others make an informed decision before booking.
