I walk in and they say I have no appointment still because I didn't fill out the paperwork? They made me fill out and sign what I had already signed and sent. I was again rescheduled today, the 30th of July. I wasn't scheduled due to a misunderstanding about the primary and secondary insurance. I never had a problem with this; all of a sudden, they can't see how it went through the insurance process on my other payments that were processed without a problem. I am going there for my mental health, at least I thought I was. I was in two wars and have PTSD with other issues, and don't need these confrontations. I have thoughts I can't express right now. Out of the last 11 clinics I've been too, this one had the Fastest and easiest intake. Dr. Vickie is the sweetest doctor and really cares to make sure you are getting better and she even goes out of her way to prescribe other medications if need be. Also the front desk reception and dosing nurse, Tiffany is one of the nicest and sweetest nurse I've had out of all the clinics I've been too. The counselors/therapists are cool too.
