(Painful lump on my testicle) what I got was Dr Elfat Rumman getting in my face and telling me I need to see a psychiatrist for my "overwhelming depression" and that "most men are scared to go." She would not stop telling me "you got a 10" I would ask what does that mean? "It's not good you got a 10. Your depression isn't being controlled." I wasn't there for depression! I asked her if there was another docter I could talk too. "No. I'm the only docter here." I was stunned to hear this. So I asked her to clearify that there were no other docter's that worked there? "Yes, why do you want to see a different docter anyway?" I told her because she wasn't listening to me. All she did was start talking about my "depression" and how bad it is. At this point I put my face in my hands and said.... "Oh. My. Fucking. God." Her response was and I truly do quote this. "that's a bad word, you need to leave." I left the room. Turns out there are several docter's on staff!!! Imagine that. The staff kept apologizing to me and put me in a different room to see another docter. At some point with me talking to the office staff Dr Elfat Rumman called the head physician and told him that I'm hostel and am making her feel uncomfortable. At this point the office manager came to me apologized some more and asked me to leave. She did refund my co pay. The only reason I came to this office is because my old primary closed up shop and sold all the patient care info to these new people. I got a letter in the mail asking me to come in to set up new care. Be careful going to this place. Who knows what you will be diagnosed with....

She went out of her way when I'd left to contact other doctors/departments to answer questions I had asked about travel medicine. It meant a lot to go back the next day for some blood work and she had researched information and had a whole additional amount of knowledge to share with me.
