The staff were very helpful in explaining everything, as this was my fiancé and my first time here. We booked the bath experience, which was the most basic but a great place to start. It included soaking in the large warm tub, steam room, and sauna, as well as the cold plunge. We left feeling so incredibly relaxed. We bought a bag of their tea as well because it was that delicious. The facilities were very clean! Weekend parking in the neighborhood is free and we were there late on Sunday, so plenty of spots! This is the perfect way to reset after a hard week. We will be back!!!

The warm water pool and sauna are definitely the highlights - so relaxing! If you're looking for a relaxing escape, this is it! They had a little relaxing room where you could go if you got too warm (it's very hot and hard to breathe in the main bathhouse area) which included an area to meditate and rest/nap. They do not allow any speaking, even whispering, so it's definitely not a spa environment to catch up in! I do think a few things could be altered to further improve the bathhouse experience, though! There's a very small hallway where all the lockers, changing rooms and bathrooms are, as well as the only place to come or go. It's very cramped and makes it hard to maneuver in or out. There are only two bathrooms in the bath house, and they also double as the showers which did impact the practicality of getting ready afterwards. Additionally, I would recommend improving the flow between massage and bathhouse since you have to carry all of the items you came in with down a set of stairs in a robe. With the word "spa" in the name, I expected a traditional spa experience where I was given a locker and a robe before my service rather than getting a massage right out of my street clothes.

The spa is very modern and a relaxing oasis as soon as you walk in. The lockers were easy to use and the relaxation room has snacks and beverages to enjoy. I always get the cinnamon tea. It's delish. You can use the relaxation room before and after your treatments to extend your spa time even more.

I'm not sure why this location asked, because they didn't seem to follow anything I wrote. This was for my boyfriend's birthday and his name was not on the sign when we walked in, despite me listing that in the paperwork. In the past for my birthday, I have also gotten a card. But nothing here. My boyfriend also didn't want his feet touched and that was also listed in the paperwork. Unfortunately that was not followed. We were brought to our locker rooms and they were clean, had our names and chocolates in the lockers. Very nice touch! Our robe sizes and slides were also in our lockers. There is a large shower, 2 bathroom stalls and vanity with make up lighting. We then walked to the lobby area. This was where we started to have thoughts. Employees were talking in full volume. Not very relaxing. They also kept coming in and out of the room, talking, stocking snacks constantly! Again not very relaxing. The water was nice with a lemon. My boyfriend went to get water for hot tea but the water was room temp. Not very comforting. The massages were nice. I had Ingrid and she was lovely! She did a great job and was soft in speaking during the massage. My boyfriend said his massage therapist was talking at normal volume and didn't find it as relaxing. Afterwards we said in the lobby area again. In my opinion, the fireplace at maple grove is more welcoming and comforting. This place had what looked like a diffuser and eventually it turned off and started beeping. Again not relaxing. The lobby area is also larger at the maple grove location. This location left me a bit perplexed as to why the reviews are better here than at the maple grove location....

I booked a couple's massage for my spouse and I and both massage technicians were amazing! Quite possibly the best massage I've received. After the massage I enjoyed the sauna and steam room. Now if the valet will be available is a whole other story. It took a considerable amount of time to drop off my car and I had asked three different employees about getting change for tipping and this proved more difficult than expected. I was greeted by Laura - who truly was the bright spot in this whole experience. She was on top of it and so friendly. She got me a locker and got me set up. I was eager to come here because they boasted a steam room, sauna, rainforest shower, and hot tub. Lukewarm would be a great way to describe this experience. The steam room just didn't get as steamy or warm as I would like, I had to turn on the sauna myself and wait for it to warm up (energy efficiency maybe) and the hot tub had water features that were spitting out ice cold water - cooling down the whole hot tub. I didn't venture to the rainforest shower because I couldn't bear to be any colder! I did love the tiled heated chairs in this lounge though! Normally these features would be my favorite and I could spend all day rotating but Anda spa caps you at an hour. There are a few lounges that you can check out. The one lounge has a few snacks, unlabeled tea, and fruit infused water. As some one with allergies - the mystery of it all wasn't great. The other lounge had weighted blankets. I was told to wait in either lounge for my technician. My technician was around 10 minutes late to my appointment without any notice. I had to walk out to the front to flag a staff member down to make sure I understood the instructions correctly. This definitely detracted from the relaxed vibe. The facial was in a brighter room than I'm used to and obviously you're downtown so it can be a bit noisy. The facial itself was good and the technician had strong hands though I wish I would've researched more about the products. My skin has felt dried out since and it's just not the best experience I've had. I'm going to check out some other spa options before I return here. Again - Laura was phenomenal and the space is clean and modern - I just didn't have the experience that I would've liked for the price.

I didn't notice an elevator, but perhaps I just missed it. Once on that level they have several doors, but you enter the one with the opened door and the little sign out front. Arrival - I arrived early, just in case there were intake forms or I needed to change beforehand. However, they don't have a changing room or lockers. Instead, you change in your service room, with your items remaining there. Service - I booked a 1hr Deep Tissue Massage with Elsa, which was GREAT! The service started with burning something that smelled like Paolo Santo. The areas of pain welcomed the deep pressure, for other areas of my body it was too much. So I told her and she adjusted accordingly. There was music playing, which was a bit loud. However, it was soothing, with no odd pitches or tones so I didn't mind. What I did mind was the distractions from outside the room. Sadly, it was right by the entrance door (for that space) and the walls in the room don't go all the way up. Therefore, sounds of the heavy door opening and closing, people talking, squeaky floors as they walked by filled the air as I tried to immerse into the experience. During the service she did use some warm towels on me, and ended with the paolo santo (or perhaps it was sage) again. Departing- My massage therapist told me to meet her outside after I changed. I thought she meant outside of the service room so hung out in that lounge for a while, before deciding to go look for her, in the main lobby area. That's where I found and she checked me out. This made me wonder if there's a designated front desk/ guest service staff member. Anyway, while checking me out she also gave me a cup of water, her card, a promo card, Biscoff cookies and a mint. There were retail products there as well as in the previous room, but I didn't get a chance to really look before heading out. Anyway, based on my experience with Elsa, I would recommend and return.

I am plus size (5'7 240lbs) and this place was plus size friendly. When you make the appointment, they ask for your robe size and shoe size. Those will be located in your locker when you get walked back. They will give you a warm towel to wash your hands as you walk and it feels lovely! The lockers are easy to use. There are two toilets and a shower. This area is fairly small, however I never ran into anyone. You can undress as much (or as little) as you want. I get rid of everything but my underwear. Then you will go to the holding area. It's a very beautiful and relaxing area. There is water (flat and sparking) and some small snacks. Your provider will come get you from that room. Both times I have been here, my providers (male and female) have been very polite, friendly and respectful. The massage was wonderful! I felt amazing afterwards!! When you are done, they bring you back to The holding area and you can stay there as long as you like. The only reason I took a star off is because I had received a birthday promotion email and this was not automatically taken off at the desk. I didn't notice until I got to my car. So make sure you show/tell them at check out!! Overall, this is a nice place and I would come back

It was also my first time trying this particular type of well was treatment so I I have nothing to compare it to. I booked a 90minute float therapy session Good: Made a last minute appointment and was able to get in so I loved that. The front desk staff was nice when welcoming me. They also have a vending machine that sells THC beverages which was nice. They encouraged me to use the bathroom which was very clean and well stocked. Then essentially explained what to expect while in the room and pretty much left me alone. That was nice. The not so good: An even better experience would have been to offer robes before going into the float room or something to get guest more relaxed before going into the tank. Or maybe a glass of cold water. I understand wanting to control water intake but it gets pretty warm in the room and you get thirsty! There was no soap available and you are required to shower before getting into the tub. I didn't realize what was in the shower was shampoo and conditioner because they weren't labeled. They give you a thing to support your head while floating but I think providing goggles or some sort of eye protection would have been epic. Maybe someone more seasoned would have know to bring something but it was my first time. So of course I got salt in my eyes. Very uncomfortable. There was also no sort of lotion for after the session I did ask about it and was told they had a shipment delayed and so they didn't have any of the things you'd expect to be standard at a spa. While I understand. It would have been a good idea to include a care note or something to give a head up. That was disappointing In summary. I didn't have a bad time or a great time. It was just okay. The float therapy itself was good but I think the business missed the mark on the pre and post care for me.
