When I talked to someone on the phone they said they would speak to the doctor there and get back to me soon. Three hours later and I still hadn't received a call. When I called back they said they had told me in the first call that I can come in pick up some cream they had set aside for me, and that's why they didn't call back. (How am I supposed to drive when I can't even see.) I told them they told me about the cream before I had sent new pictures about my reaction and how it's gotten worse. They then put me on hold and later told me this reaction is "completely normal." I had gotten micro needling done here before and this was not my reaction. This is different. I don't blame the aesthetician for my reaction. I think it may have been the aftercare treatment they gave me. I don't remember getting it the first time I had it done. The way they are handling things is what makes me frustrated. This definitely does not seem normal. This is an allergic reaction. And if this is normal and this is the kind of care they give to their patients, I would look to go somewhere else for micro needling. Also, I never received my full refund and they tries taking down my review on google to their stars go up. Lindsey took the time to listen to my concerns and educated me on the process, and when performing the procedure she had such a calm presence and demeanor and made for a more relaxing situation. Lindey helped with lip filler, cheek filler, and Botox. You could tell that patience and comfort are one of Lindsey's top priorities along with precision. I'm so happy my lips didn't bruise! During my last two visits to a regular - and valued - massage therapist, he exposed himself during the session touching my arm with his genitals. The first time it happened, I thought I must be mistaken but the second time it was clear. It was very difficult to report this but I did. ME utilized a third party who "investigates" the incident. This third party took my report. When I didn't hear from ME, I wrote the clinic manager back and she informed me that, "We did get the results from the investigation. The investigators determined that a Zero Tolerance Offense did not occur." 1. They're calling me a liar. They're not telling me that they could not reach a conclusion that warranted termination. They told me it did not occur. I appreciate the difficult and complex nature of claims like this but calling a customer a liar is definitely not on the list of acceptable responses. 2. They did not feel obliged to notify me that the investigation was complete and they were not taking action against the therapist. 3. When I responded that I wanted to terminate my membership immediately, the office manager told me that it would take ten days to process and my next membership dues would be withdrawn. I pushed for that 10 day processing time to be waived and she agreed. You are not safe at Massage Envy Edina.
