Such an amazing experience. Warm and comfortable bed and the masseuse knew her way around the body, I will definitely go back.

CAREFUL CAREFUL CAREFUL!!!…read more Be careful if you make an anppointment in the evening. I made an appointment this evening and arrived about 20 minutes later just to see the girls/therapists pile into a little car right in front of me. They drove off anyway and I have no doubt they knew I was there since more than one turned their head around and looked at me getting ready to come in. Well, tthis tells me one thing... THEY JUST DON'T CARE ABOUT OR RESPECT THEIR CUSTOMERS! Now there was no answer at their phone number so I sent a text instead to voice my frustration. I told them they will not stay in business long if they're going to treat people like that. I mean they could have at least called me back if they planned on leaving, right?? Common courtesy, right? Then I said I will just go to their competition instead if they don't care, but to my surprise I received the following reply... "Go ahead. Losing just one wont hurt us." This made me tell them I would be compelled to post a review to let people know what they did. Here is their next reply... "Go ahead. I have to review it first then it can be publish lol." So, obviously they don't care when it comes right down to it. I'm not saying don't go, but just be advised that if you do, you could end up wasting your time and money driving there. I was really looking forward to checking them out, but sadly I just won't give them another chance after this. Take care everyone!

The receptionist then asked me if I was deaf and hung up. I don't think it was her accent but in fact the volume set too low on my phone. I think this was very unprofessional and want any others who are looking for a place to know the experience I had myself. I have looked into other reviews and have found other startling information that paints a negative picture of the business. Do not use this business if a certified massage therapist is what you are seeking.

I have a somewhat…read morecomplicated medical history, and I live with stress, tension, aches, and pains like most adults do. I have searched unsuccessfully for a massage therapist that would truly help me feel physically, mentally, and emotionally better after working with them. Have you ever invested your time and money into a massage session and then left feeling like, well, that was just OK? This will not be that kind of experience. This could be life changing for you. When I stumbled upon Dena with Applied Pressure, it felt as though the universe had handed me a gift. You will never regret giving your business to Applied Pressure. Your body will thank you for investing in your wellbeing if you choose to make Dena part of your personal care plan. I appreciate how comfortable it is to visit Dena. There is no anxiety in meeting her for the first time. Her work space is private and relaxing. Water is provided after your session to help you stay hydrated. She does not accept tips, so the price of her services is all-inclusive. She utilizes various modalities to give you the best possible treatment for your current concerns. She is astutely aware of which areas need to be worked on, and has a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology. Her intuition is truly spot-on. I trust her to help me heal, so that when I leave her at the end of my session I have a renewed sense of energy, happiness, peace, excitement, and improved mobility. Seeing Dena isn't just "getting a massage," it really is investing in your health. I can promise you that this is the massage you have been waiting for and unlike many other options available to you, this one will heal you inside and out. Get ready to relax and rejuvenate. You deserve it. Dena is passionate, an excellent communicator, and she is consistent in delivering an experience that will have you counting down the days until your next appointment.

The interior and beds are simple and clean too. Ashley, who was my massage therapist, was excellent. I asked for a deep tissue massage. She asked where I wanted her to focus the massage on, and she really listened. She could also tell where I had a lot of knots and asked me if I'd like her to focus on that area. I started with a 60 min massage, and then changed it to 90 mins so that she could get rid of the tightness in my shoulders/upper back and also have extra time to work on the rest of my body. I will say Ashley can do a relaxing light massage, but she's really good at giving a practical knot-and-tightness-removing one. I went in with discomfort and came out feeling so much better and lighter. A hot stone massage also came with it! I highly recommend giving this place a try and especially having Ashley as your therapist. She's very mindful of the body and knows what she's doing. FYI, Bring cash to avoid a small credit card fee.

Like so many other folks, I booked online, which was super easy. I didn't bother looking at her…read morereviews, though, before I bought the Groupon. I should have. I couldn't wait. What could be better than a deep tissue massage AND a foot scrub? I planned my whole day around the soonest appointment I could get. I blocked off my own schedule, so I would have no clients today. It was going to be a self-care day. I rushed home from a nice lunch with a friend to plan how I was going to get there. I do not own a car, you see, so I take car2go during the week and rent a car on the weekends. You can't drop a car2go in Roseville, so I had to take the bus from Saint Paul. A 20-minute bus ride, with about 10-minute bike ride in below-freezing weather. All to get to my massage appointment I was so eagerly anticipating. By the time I arrived my fingers were numb and my face was red from the cold. I was SO looking forward to the warmth of a cozy massage table. And on the door, I see a sign (among a bunch of other, unprofessional, handwritten notes taped to the door) that said they had closed early today. I wish I had taken a photo. I never received even so much as a cancellation notice -- or a phone call. I really hate to write a one-star review for a small business, but eff you, Rapha Therapy. A very fundamental part of being a professional is actually showing up for your appointments. I understand life throws occasional curve balls, but if you need to "close early" on a consistent basis -- and since so many people have reviewed that you do, it looks like this is a pattern -- you should probably NOT be doing this work. NOTE: I didn't see inside, but the handwritten notes taped all over the front door screamed "this is a dump" to me. Not a place i would want to get a massage, since the scribbled notes all over the door makes me question not only her ethics, but her sanitary standards too.

They have signs posted in the office stating that Groupon made an error, and that the foot-scrub is included in the massage time, not an "and" like advertised. I was surprised, but the price was cheap enough I didn't argue it. The music in the massage room was upbeat classical, not very relaxing. The massage itself wasn't amazing, wasn't awful, just average. Except that we ended after 65 minutes. Not cool.
