They were extremely accommodating as they took me in right when I walked in. I had the best massage here. The only downside was the payment and length of the massage. I asked for the $70 per 60 minute massage. I even pointed to it. The masseuse agreed. Then after the massage, he charged me for $100 for 90 minutes. He ended up massaging me for 90 minutes, which I didn't know until after it. I paid the $100, but he insisted on a tip. I said that we agreed on a $70 for 1 hour, and that I would have tipped you then. Since you decided to change to 90 minutes and charge me $100, I will not tip you. Make sure you both agree in writing the length of massage! read more

Fantastic! I found this place on Yelp and my family went in for massages during our Key West vacation. The owner and his wife do an excellent job and really pull at your joints to give the best massage. This place is right off Duval on a quiet street so you won't know it's here unless you're looking for it. When I left a man dropped in and said he comes here all the time, so the locals know it well! Found this place on yelp with perfect review and it definitely deserves 5 stars. I ve been using yelp for years and this is the first review I posted. The couple are very welcoming and experienced. Price is also unbeatable for 69 per hour Swedish massage. Mr Hao is really good at services on the menu but also requests I ve made. He really relieved my exhaust for long time driving to the island and helped with my shoulder injury that lasted for years. This is not a "spa" place but it provides equal quality with much less cost. Highly recommend for both local folks and tourists. read more

I have found that a lot of massage/spa places I've been to tend to only focus on providing a nice, comfortable and soothing experience that does not necessarily work to locate, identify, and fix your body pains and aches. Very accommodating with time, clean facility, detailed deep tissue massage saved my fiancé before our wedding!

I have been in the business of healing arts for 20 years and have my own practice. This places is very unprofessional. The therapist offered a sample and then I agreed to a 60 minute Swedish massage. The massage I received was a deep tissue (which they can charge more for). They do not listen to their customers. During the massage, the therapist left the room 3 times without saying anything to me that he would be right back; then heard him talking to others in the hallway. This is very unprofessional to leave a room in which your client is, especially multiple times. This creates a poor atmosphere for a massage. Each time after he returned it seemed if people were coming in and out of my room as I heard everyone talking in the hallway. Since I was face down and naked under the sheet, I looked up and the therapist left the door wide open to the treatment room. Again, very unprofessional on so many levels. You do not leave the door open during a massage that is right next to the front desk or ever. This creates no privacy for the client. When I looked up and saw this, I told the therapist and immediately got up and ended my massage mid session. I got dressed and then the front desk said I was there and hour and he was charging me $70 for deep tissue when I requested Swedish. Then offered to take $20 off since I told him how unprofessional his facility was and therapist. I paid them as I agreed to the service, but would NEVER go back. So unprofessional and no privacy or holding space for their clients. In addition, since the door was open, I heard another customer come out and get ready to pay. The front desk said you were here for 2 hours and had a deep tissue so charged him that. He firmly stated that he only requested a one hour Swedish massage. The front desk said yes, but they needed to work on your 2 hours. Such a SCAM. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

Although there can be a language barrier at times, this is absolutely the best place I have ever gotten a massage. I have chronic back and neck pain and haven't been pain free for years. I do the half hour massage and then cupping for a bit of relief. I was pleasantly suprised that the massage therapist did a terrific massage and also stretched the areas. I am able to go 4 to 5 days without pain; just in time to go back for another massage. Staff really know what they are doing and I appreciate everything they do to keep my pain at bay. read more

This was not my first massage, but first (and last) deep tissue massage. My back was so sore and bruised that I could barely be touched for a week. I had not asked for that type of massage, and hadn't expected to pay more either. I noticed a previous reviewer had mentioned they had been charged more too.
