First time with this company…read more Scheduling was easy and accommodating. I called on a bad weather day Saturday and they were open! Arrival. Facility was neat and clean and was greeted immediately and all staff was friendly! Consultation. Nat provided my service. It was a bit rough to get what I wanted at first. The young lady who greeted me and initiated the appointment told me my request for "Cutie" will NOT look good which I found odd as this is my go to at other salons. I took to that red flag and asked for her recommendation because obviously she was limited to what she can make 'look good'. When I begin to ask important questions to narrow down what would be applied, she keep telling me 'no'. Anther employee came from the back and addressed my concerns which all turned out to be a "yes." Application (80pc, Natural, premium silk). I did ask the Tech how long she had been doing this and Nat said 5 months. I suppose the reason for the inconsistency resulted. Left eye dose not have nearly as many lashes than the right. Right eye is inconsistently full with exception of the inner corner we're there are noticeably only a few. I will go back once more and try a new tech to see if I can get better results. They don't look crazy at least! However, I know I can get better work done.

I have no idea how it smelled so good... seriously it was like the smell of the best spa you've ever been to plus a bath & body works candle store. I digress... everything inside was spotlessly clean and it seems they really made good use of the space inside. There are private rooms for guests during their visit and upbeat yet relaxing music plays overhead. I got a lash lift - it was my first time ever getting one - and my beauty tech was very friendly and explained everything to me as she was doing it. She really took her time and my lashes came out perfect. Though the services are pricey, they are competitive for this type of beauty services. And actually, the lash lift was on the low end of prices I saw elsewhere when I was looking for a spot to get this done. I will definitely be back, it was a great glam experience!

The atmosphere is peaceful, calming, and tranquil. I must admit, the scalp analysis was a little freaky at first, but it was fascinating and made perfect sense after the treatment. This was truly a head-to-toe relaxation experience. The ladies who cared for us were kind, professional, and exceptionally skilled. We both agreed they had hands of angels. As first-time visitors to a head spa, we weren't quite sure what to expect, but the experience far exceeded our expectations. The foot soak and gentle massage were wonderful. The neck and shoulder massage beautifully complemented the scalp and hair treatment, and the mini facial was a bonus, making the experience even more enjoyable. But the scalp and hair treatment itself--WOW! I could have stayed there all day. It was incredibly relaxing, and the before-and-after analysis clearly showed the difference. Later that day, both my daughter and I commented on how light our heads felt and how amazing our hair felt. I was also pleased that the products used were not heavily fragranced. From the start the experience felt a little confusing. When we arrived nothing was explained to us. We signed a paper and were simply gestured toward the chairs. During the scalp analysis they quickly ran the tool through your hair but didn't explain what they were seeing, only mentioned I had a few flakes in the back. I was told over the phone that my sister and I would have our messages together which I later found out that meant at the same time but in separate rooms. This wasn't what I expected. The massage for myself was just ok but not what I asked for. I requested medium pressure and the woman was extremely light to point that I barely felt it sometimes mainly on my shoulders, neck, and arms. Think of a feather being glided on your skin. She was a soft medium on my scalp. In the end they're supposed to blow dry your hair but neither my girl or my sisters were fully dried. We ended up walking out in the freezing cold with wet hair which I wasn't too happy about because I had told my girl earlier that I had a treatment on my hair a few months back that if left wet creates a negative smell so it must be completely dried. She had told me this wouldn't be an issue. When my girl tried to show me my scalp in the end, the machine kept turning off and she just said she was sorry and it was already acting up earlier in the day. So who knows the results. I would probably say I would have given a 2 out of 5 based on my own experience but I'm giving it a 3 since my sister truly enjoyed her message and the woman who worked on her did a great job.

I'm diabetic so I'm always a little reluctant to get my feet done. Because one cut can lead to a bunch of issues, which has occurred in the past. The girl who did my feet was nice, but she didn't understand what I was saying. So when she clipped my cuticles it was a little painful. I needed this pedicure,be so I sucked it up. Besides the pain, she did a good job. My feet were smooth afterwards, and my little piggies were looking brand new. Lol. Our full sets went pretty smoothly. My tech Lana was nice also. We conversed and she made me feel comfortable. I didn't understand what she was saying at times , so when we discussed the shape, she said square square, and I said yes! Well now my nails are ultra squared and it's my fault. Lol. They kinda look like teeth. Lesson learned. I really like their glitter gel polishes and all the color choices. I chose green and red, which afterwards I realized looked really Christmas like. Lol. But I did sorta like them. Picking colors takes me forever. My girls nails looked really good. Their techs did good jobs, and they were happy. I like Clover because they get you in and out. The nail techs are nice, and it was clean inside. I'd return for future fills. It's pretty pricey nowadays. A pedicure and full set will run you about $100 , but I guess that's the standard now. But I do enjoy being pampered, so it was worth it. Check them out!!
