First they soak your feet in hot water, while you get a massage lying down - head, shoulders, neck, arms, hands then feet. The feet massage was awesome. Afterwards, I went in a little room for the full body for 60 minutes. That's when they really worked out my kinks in my back and shoulders. Super plus was the hot stones that loosened my muscles and was very relaxing. They focused on my back which was great because that's where I'm most tense. 5 stars for a great massage, nice people, clean environment, and awesome price. It was 62 dollars for 90 minute combo. Some other reviews were not as good because it is a little loud because you're in a open space with dividers for privacy so you hear people talking and all the other noises.
