First they soak your feet in hot water, while you get a massage lying down - head, shoulders, neck, arms, hands then feet. The feet massage was awesome. Afterwards, I went in a little room for the full body for 60 minutes. That's when they really worked out my kinks in my back and shoulders. Super plus was the hot stones that loosened my muscles and was very relaxing. They focused on my back which was great because that's where I'm most tense. 5 stars for a great massage, nice people, clean environment, and awesome price. It was 62 dollars for 90 minute combo. Some other reviews were not as good because it is a little loud because you're in a open space with dividers for privacy so you hear people talking and all the other noises. Most of it was done with elbow and forearm pressure rather than the kind of targeted deep tissue work I was expecting. There was also hot stone used, which was relaxing, but it was not what I had booked or what I needed that day. My massage therapist seemed to have some difficulty understanding me, so it is possible there was a communication issue. Either way, I left disappointed. Because the walls do not reach all the way to the ceiling you can hear other patrons during their massage - there were some very interesting noises. Taking all that aside generally the massage was a deep tissue massage which is what my wife and mother in law enjoy and because the price point is very reasonable, my wife and MIL went more than once. Unfortunately, despite the very negative experiences listed above, the masseuse had the audacity to ask for MORE of a tip because "she works hard" and she needs "to be paid more".
